<br />� The Court further finda that on the 12th day of April, 19�$, C. E. Cronin was �,ppointed
<br /> appraiser by this Court for inheritance tax purposes in this estate, that he took his oath and
<br /> after notice oP hearing as by law required, on May , 19�, f1led his report as such appraiser,
<br /> finding the groas value oY said estate to be �20, 65�. �3 further finding that the real estate
<br /> deaeribed in said Inventory and therein also de8cribed owned by said decedent and said Emma
<br /> OrndoPP with right of eurvivorehip between them, was oP the gross value of �32, 750.00, but that
<br /> said Emma M. Orndoff had �ontributed �500.00 of her �wn separate property to the purchase oP a
<br /> portion thereof and �'urther had a homestead right in and to a portion thereof by virtue oY being
<br /> the wldow of eaid Jahn W. Orndof P, and that after deducting the expensea and debts oP said es�ate .
<br /> and the statutory exemptions to whieh each of said heirs are entitled under the laws oP the State
<br /> of Nebraska, that there was owing as inheritance tax to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, on the share of Emma M. OrndoPP in this estate, the sum of �50.00, and tha,t the share
<br /> o�' Edward M. OrndoYf was totally exempt from the payment of any inheritance tax whatsoever, all
<br /> as set forth by the Order of this Court made herein on May 10, 194�.
<br /> EIGHTH
<br /> The Court Purth er finds that on the 14th day of April, T9��, an order of this Court was made
<br /> barring alI claims not filed against said estate and allowing claims filed prior thereto; the
<br /> Court further Pinds that all debts and claims against said estate, ineludin� the aoats of adminis-
<br /> tration in aald estate, have been paid excepting Administratrix fee, which latter said Emma M. ,
<br /> OrndoPf has waived, and that there remaina in her hands for distribution the sum of �1225.93 1n
<br /> cash and household �oods and itarniture, which latter have been set ;�vv er to her as exempt property;
<br /> that on the 13th day of December, 1947, sa,id Edwaxd M. OrndoPf assigned all of his righ�, title and
<br /> �.m�er�st in the persona7. property of said eetate, unto his mother Fmma M. Orndotf, which aasignment
<br /> wa8 orr said date, filed wfth this Court.
