<br /> only heira at law the following-named persona, to-wit: Her husband, Otto Hein, her son, Henry
<br /> Hein, and her daughters, Pearl Graham and Florence Ooley, all residing in t�rand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> The Court further Yinds that under the laws of the 3tate of Nebraska. thet� in force, the real
<br /> estate herein de$cribed passed and descended by absolute title as follows: 1/3 inter �t��herein ;

<br /> The Court further finds that Otto Hein, husband of Emma Hein, deeeased, depaxted thi$ life
