<br /> Lot Eight ( �) , in Block Eleven (11) , Gilbert ' s Addition to Grand Island, N�braska.
<br /> That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska, for the appvintment of an administra.tor
<br /> of the est�te of said deceased. That his only heirs at law are Claude R. Su�mers, son, and Alyce
<br /> Jean Spies, gran d-daughter, daughter of Cecil Summers, son, deceased, and the court hereby finds
<br /> and determines that the said Claude R. Summers and Alyce Jean Spies are the sole and only heirs
<br /> at la.w of said John SummPrs, and tha,t said real estate descended to said persons.
<br /> IT IS T�-��EFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE CO?JRT that the real estate above des�ribed be
