<br /> the 16th day oP October 1947, the pur�orted last will and testament of Helen C. Seni, also known a�
<br /> Helen Seni, was admitted to probate by th e County Court of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> This cause coming on for further hearing on the Final Report of S. J. Shada, the duly
<br /> appointed, aualified and acting administra.tor with will annexed oP Helen Seni, deceased, and it
<br /> appearing to the court from the proofs on file that notice has been �iven to all interes'�ed per�ons
<br /> of the filing of said report, as required by law and by the orcler of this Court, and it further
<br /> apnearing to the court after full exa.mina.tian, that the a.ccount exhibited by the said adm�.nistrator
<br /> is correct in all things, a.nd ou�ht to be allowed and approved, and it further appearing that s�.id
<br />� administrator has accounted for all of the estate s�hich has come into his hands, It is
<br /> THER�'F�RE ORDER.ED, ADJTJDGED Ai�D DECREED BY THE COTJRT that the report oP said S. J. Shada, �
<br /> Administrator with the ?ai11 annexed of the estate of Helen C. Seni, deceased, be and the same is ,
<br /> approved as and for his final report.

<br /> The court fur�her finds from the evidence adduced tha.t Helen C. Seni �.nd Helen Seni, are one
<br /> and the same p?rsons; tha.t the sa.id Helen Seni, deceased sometimes T�ras known as Helen C. Seni, and
<br /> tran�acted her business usir�g either of said names.
<br /> The court further finds that notice w�a given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br /> provided 'oy law of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of �a.id
<br /> deceased; that tiff�e Por filing claims has expired; that all claims allo�aed against said estate have
<br /> been fully �aaid and staisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceased and costs of a�ministerin�;
<br /> said estate have been fu�ly �aid and th�t all out-standin� claims ag�.inst said estate, not Piled,
<br /> if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br /> IT IS FGTRT�YER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY T�-:E COTJRT that all persons are Porever barred
<br /> from filing or setting up any claims or. demands against the estate oP the sai.d Helen C. Seni,
<br /> deceased, and that .such estate is f ully s�ttled and closed;
<br /> The court further finds th at the said Helen C. Seni, departed this life leaving as her sole
<br /> heirs �nd only heirs in accardance �.�Tith the terms of her last will and teatament, J�hn 8. Seni, he�
<br /> Yather, and Christine Seni, her mother, all of legal age, and re�idents of Wood River, Illinois.
<br /> The court further findg that the administrator has not received and monies or other personal
<br /> �rvperty from the estate of said deceased, and the report shows no money on hand.
<br /> The court Pinds th�t said esta.te is not liable for State inheritance Tax or Federal Estate Taa.
<br /> The caurt finds that said Helen C. Seni, departed this life in aermany, Europe, on the 20th
<br /> day of January A. P. 1947; that immediately preeeeding her death ahe was resident of Madiaon
<br /> County;� Illinois; that the said Helen C. Senl, died testate, leaving a last will and testament,
<br /> which Iast will anc te�tament �ras admitted to probate by this court on �he 16th day of October, 19�7;
<br /> that in accorda.nce with the terms of the last will and testament o�' Helen Seni, deceased, all of the
<br /> estate of t,�hich she died sieZed descended to John S. Seni and Christine Seni, her father and mother
<br /> share and share alike. �
<br /> The court Pinds that the said Helen C. Seni, died sieZed, as owner in fee simple, of the
<br /> Pollowing described real prop°rty, to-wit :
<br /> A ��.r.t of Lot Thirteenn (13) , of the County Sub-Divi.si�n of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> (S�SE4) of Section Six�een (16) in Township Eleven (11) , North, Ran�e Nine (�9) , We�t of the 6th P.M. ,
<br /> in Hall County, TJebraska, more narticularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a noint Fmrty
<br /> (40) feet Ea,sterly and �ne Hundred Six (106) feet, Northerly of the 8outhwesterly corner oP said
<br /> Lot Thirteen (13) , the real place of beginning, running thence Easterly parallel �aith the Northerly .
<br /> boundary line of Louise Street, for a distance of Sixty-five (65) Peet, running thence Northerly,
<br /> parallel with the Easterly bounda.ry line of Cleburn Street, for a distanee of Sixty-six (h6) feet,
<br /> running thence ?aesterly, p�.rallel with the Northerly boundary line of Louise Street, for a dis"tanc�
<br /> of Sixty-fiv.e (65� feet, running thence Southerly, narallel T�rith the Easterly boundary line of
<br /> Cleburn Street, for a distance of Sixty-six (66) feet, to the place oP beginning.
<br /> That according to thP tPrms of the last will �.nd testament of the said Helen C. Seni, deceased,
<br /> the saicl real prop�rty descended in fee simple to her Pather John S. Seni and her mother Christine
<br /> Seni, share and share alike.
<br /> The cour� further finds th�.t at the time of her death the said Helen C. Seni did not own any
<br /> personal property in the State of �ebraska
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED A±VD ADJUDGED BY TH.E COURT, that under 'the terms of the last will and
<br /> testament of Helen C. Seni, decea�ed, all oP the estate of which the said Helen C. Seni, deceased,
<br /> was sieZed in the State of l�ebraska, dis pass and descend in manner and form as hereinbefore set
<br /> forth, and that the sa.me is �o assigned.
