<br /> of SUPPLEMENTAL DECREE
<br /> Jennie Brown, Deceased. ) � �
<br /> This cause came on for hearing upon the application of the administratrix for a supple����.1
<br /> decree herein, to supply additional findings which. were inadvertently omitted from the f inal decree.
<br /> The Court finds that Jennie Brown, formerly Jennie Diehl, departed this life, intestate, on
<br /> the 17th day of January, 191�7, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of
<br /> Hall �ounty, Nebraska; that on the 12th day of July, 19�7, a petition ti,ras filed for appointment of
<br /> an administrator, that after due notice, as by law provided, Leona. E. Bate waa appointed admini�-
<br /> tratrix, and that she duly quallf ied as sueh.
<br /> The Court further finds that said Jennie Brown died seized of the following described real
<br /> estate :
<br /> Lot Two (2) in Block Eleven (11) in the Original Town now City, of arand Island, in Hall
<br /> County, state of Nebraska.
<br /> That ahe acquired title thereto under her then married name Jennie Diehl, and thereafter she
<br /> beca.me a widow, and thereafter she married Charles F. Brown, her now surviving husband.
<br /> The Court finds that the a#'oresaid Jennie Diehl and the aforesaid Jennie Hrown was one and the
<br /> � same person. `
