<br /> make, execute, acknowledge and deliver such deed oP conveyance as may be necessary to convey title
<br /> thereto to such purchaser, and the proceeds realized from the sale o� said real estate, after the
<br /> payment of all expenses incident to the making and completion of such sale, which expenses I

<br /> I hereby authorize and direct my said E�cecutor to convert all of my real estate, both real and
<br /> personal and of every nature whataoever into cas� and after paying the expensea and items here-
<br /> inbef'ore provided therefrom, I direct that he pay unto my niece Ma,rtha Weeks, the siu� of Five
<br /> Hundred Dollars (�500.00) and unto my niece Alma Lassen the sum oP Three Hundred Dollars (�300.00)
<br /> in appreciation of their many kindnesses and favors granted unto me during my lifetime,which sums
<br /> I hereby expressly �equeath unto them.

<br /> Al1 the rest of the proceeds of my estate, I hereby expressly provide that my Executor divide into
<br /> five equal parts, and I hereby direct him to pay one of said parts unto my sister Anna Forster;
