<br /> The above estate matter came on for hearing the 21st day oP Apri1, 194�, upon the petition oP Mary
<br /> Alma Allan, and �fras submitted to the Court.
<br /> The Court, after being Pully adviaed in the nremises, and after due and careful considera�ion, finds
<br /> that: notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested, both creditors and heira,
<br /> and the County Attorney of Hall County, Nebraska, as required by law; the allegations of such petit-
<br /> ion are true; such Rex John Al1an died on March 3, 19�+6, a resident of the County oP Ventura in the
<br /> state of California;there has been produced and Piled in this court a duly authenticated copy oP
<br /> the will of such Rex John Allan as probated and allowed in the Superior Court of such state of
<br /> California in and for such county of �entura;petitioner is the exect�trix named in and person
<br /> interested in such will as the sole devisee and legatee; such testato� died eeized of real property
<br /> situated in the county of Hall in the state of Nebras'�a;more than two years have elapsed since
<br /> the death of such �ex John Allan, and t:are has been no aclministration of his estate in the state
<br /> ' of Nebraska; such instrument ought to be allowed in the state of Nebraska as the last will and
<br /> testament of such deceased; regular administration of such estate shall be dispensed with and a
<br /> decree entered finding that euch estate in the state of Nebraska descended free of all debts
<br /> againat the decedent, and such estate, and the share therein of such Ma.ry Alma Allan, is and are not
<br /> sub,j.ect to inheritance tax.
