<br /> and petition for final distribution. In consider�tion whereof 'Ghe Court finda that William R.
<br /> Augustin departed this life intestate on the 3rd day of March, i9�7, a resident of Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska, and left surviving him as his only heirs at law and next of kin, his widow and children

<br /> (9) North,Range Nine (9) ,West of the 6th P.M. , three hundred sixty-three and one-half

<br /> � Gra.nd Island Railway Company' s Right of Way with said North line riznning thence South

<br /> That by proper proceedings had and d�ne, Arnold H. Augustin, was duly appointed on the 27th
<br /> daS� of' March, 19�7, as administrator of said estate, that he qualified on said date and has con-
<br /> tinued �.t all timeg since and now is the duly appointed, qualified and acting ad.ministrator
<br /> herein; that since filing his final report, he has received �100.00 from the sale of the 1936
<br /> ' Ford Tudor, Motor No. 2 995 550, and has paid out the follotiaing sums, to-�;rit:

<br /> Paul Huston, appraiser of real estate 15.00
<br /> Chas. Paine inheritance tax appraiser 15.00 -
<br /> Minnie Augustin - widow' s allowance 12 .00

<br /> or a total of �28�.82, leaving a balance on hand at this time for distribution �b,0�7.09.
<br /> The Court finds that the final report of the administrator and the payment of the above
<br /> mentioned claims, are true and correct, and that the same should be approved.
<br /> The Court further finds that aIl debts and c�aim� against said eatate ha.ve been fu7.ly paid,
<br /> and that any further debts or claims, if ar�Y there be, hav� become �arred by lapse of time, and
<br /> it is so ordered b the Court. That all costs of administering upon saic� estate have been fu11y

<br /> paid; that said estate is not liable for the payr�nt of Federal Estate tax; that an inheritanee
<br /> tax appraiaer has been appointed herein, and his report filed, and that said estate is not sub-
<br /> �ect to State Inheritance tax.
<br /> That said administrator has on hand for distribution, a balance of cash and real estate as
<br /> above described, together with peraonal property, being machinery and equipment as ahown in
<br /> the inventory heretofore filed herein, and thirteen head of cattle.
