<br /> COUNTY OF HALL ) State of i�ebraska, this 26th day of Fel�ruary, 194�. Present : Charles
<br /> Bossert, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT RE��EMBERED that on the 7th day of February, 194�, C. E. Grundy, Administrator of the
<br /> Estate of Margaretha Harder�, deceased, filed in this Court his final account as such Administrator
<br /> and a petition praying that said account be allowed, f'or a decree of heirahip, an order of
<br /> distribution, a determination of any inheritance tax owing in this estate, and a final settlement
<br /> on said order of distribution and discharge.
<br /> For these purnoses, the 25th day of February, 194�, at 10 o ' clock A.M. at the County Court
<br /> Room in said County wa,s assigned as the time and place Por .hea.ring said petition, examining and
<br /> allo1aing said account; �nd it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given
<br /> to all t�ersons interested in said est�.te by �ublishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent,
<br /> a legal newspa�er arinted in said County, for three ?ateAks prior to said day of hearing; and it
<br /> appears by proof on file that sa.id notice was �iven as ordered by Court and that no ob�ections
<br /> to said final account h�ve been made or filed.
<br /> Upon examination of the recor d and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br /> premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br /> FIRS'�
<br /> That Marga.retha Harders departed this life on the lst day of June, 1g47, at her home in Grand
<br /> Islanc�, Hall County, NPbraska, intestate, and that at the time of her death she was a resident of
<br /> Hall County, Nebr�,ska,.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> That on the 12th day oP June, 1947, Anna Fairbanks, Minnie Kroger, Evelyn Townsend and Will
<br /> Harders, chiidren of said Margaretha Harder�s, cleceased, filed in this Court a petition praying for
<br /> the anpointment of C. E. Grundy of Gra.nd Island, �lebraska, as Administrator of the estate oP said
<br /> deceased, and on the 12th da.y of June, 1947, an order of this Court was ma,de therein, assigning the
<br /> 9th day of July, 1947, �,t 10 O� Clock A.A�. in the County Court Room in said County as the tim� and i •
<br /> place for hearing said petition, and ordering that notice ^f the pendency of said petition and
<br /> hearing therPOn be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing said notice in the
<br /> Grand Tsland Independnet, �, legal newsna��er printed in said County, for three successive week�
<br /> prior to sa.id day of Fiearing, and it appears by proof on file that notice oP said order was given
<br /> as ordered by this Court.

<br /> �he Court further finds that said C. E. Grundy na.med in said netition, was, upon his giving
<br /> bond in the sum of �500. 00 as ordered by this Court, appointed Administr�,tor as nrayed; the Court
<br /> further f inds that the deceased at the t ime of her dea.th, was a widow, and that she 1 ef t the
<br /> followin�; heir$-at-law; Anna Fairbanks, her daughter; Minnie Kroger, her daughter; Will Harders,
<br /> her son; Evelyn Townsend, her daughter; E1liott H�,rders, William Robert xarders also sometimes
<br /> known as Robert Harders, and Robert Louis Harders also sometimes known as Louis Harders, grandsons,
<br /> said last three named being all of the children oP John Harders, a predeceased son of said
<br /> Margaretha Harders; also Luella McKinney, Louise McMullen, Harry Kloppenburg and Leona Wiese,
<br /> grandchildren, saic'��last four named being all of the children of Adelia Kloppenburg, a predeceaeed
<br /> d�ughter of said Margaretha Harders; and all of s�id heirs-at-law b eing over the age oP 21 years.

<br /> That on the 9th day of July, 19�7, an order was Made herein allowing creditors tht+ee months
<br /> Prom and after the 6th day of August, 1�47, in which to file their claims a�ainst said estate and
<br /> sa.id Administrator one ye�.r in which tosettle said estate, and further ordering that a notice to
<br /> creditvrs be published in the Grand Island Independent , a legal newapaper published and circulating
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks nrior to said 6th day of August, 1947, and that
<br /> a hearing on claim$ Piled against said estate would be held at the office oP the County Judge of
<br /> Hall County, NPbraska, on tne £�th day of November, i947, at 9 o ' clock A.M. , and it apne�rs by
<br /> proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.

<br /> The Court further finds that on tne 24th day of October, 194 , an order of this Court was made
<br /> herein increasing the bond of said Administra.tor to the sum of �13, 000.00, which increased bond
<br /> was filed by s�id Adminstrator on November 4, 1947, and on said date approved by this Cou�t; the
<br /> Court further finds th�.t on the 3rd day of November, 19�7, said C. E. Grundy, as Administrator,
<br /> filed in Court his Inventory with a copy th�reof for the County Assessor of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> oP the property of said esta.te, and that according to said Inventory, the deceased died seiZed and
<br /> possessed of the following described property, to-wit : .
<br /> An undivided one-third interest in Lot Seven (7) and the North Ten (N10) Peet of Lot Six (6) in
<br /> Block Five ( 5) in South Grand Island located on part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4} of Section
<br /> Twenty-tt�ro (22) in Town-ship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> and chattel property consisting oP a promissory note of Evelyn Townsend and Frank Townsend in the
<br /> �um of �2500.00 due March l, 19��, and a.n undivided one-fourth interest in the estate of Claus F.
<br /> Wulf, deceased, �ursuant to the terms and provisions of the Last� Will and Testament of said Claus F.
<br /> wu1P, deceased, admitted to probate in the County Court oP Hall County, l�ebraska.
<br /> SIXTH
<br /> The Court further finds tha.t according to tne laws of deacent and distribution of the State of
