<br /> in said ?�rill required �±nd has fu11y and f�ithfully perPormed her duty as required by law and the
<br /> terms° of the will; that she should be disenarged and her bond cancelled.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDEftED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
<br /> That any and �11 cla.ims not heretofore filed against said esta.te should be and hereby a.re forever
<br /> barred. That the report of said executrix is true and corr�et and hereby is approved; that each
<br /> and all of the �cts of said executrix are legal, proper and ,�ust and hereby are approved and
<br /> confirmed.
<br /> Th�t the executrix should be �.nd she hereby is authori�ed a.nd instructed to �pay the �alance of
<br /> �23795. 16 remaining in said estate to the residuary legatee, Mrs. Cla.ra Brownell Stevens, and take
