<br /> Now on this 7th da.y of January, 194� this cause came on for hea.ring upon the petition of Leo
<br /> McGra.th �raying for settlement of the esta,te of Annie McGrath, deceaaed, and for a determination
<br /> of the heirs of Annie 1�ZcGrath, deceased, and for the establishment and admitting to probate the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Annie MeGrath, deceased, and for a decree Pinding that the Last Will �
<br /> and Testament of Annie hqeGra.th was executed according to law, and th�t all claims against said
<br /> estate have been paid, and br�ying for an order decreeing the heirs of Annie McGrath, deceased, as
<br /> leg�tees under her will be deelar;ed and determined by the Court to be the owners of the real
<br /> est�,te belonging to the said Annie MeGrath at the time of her death, and it further appearing to
<br /> the Court from the proof on file th�.� lega.l notice has been given by �ublication for three successive
<br /> weeks as �rovided by la,w, and the order of th�s Co�rrt to the heirs a� law, creditors, legatees,
