<br /> The Cour�, after bein� fully advised ir� the premisea, and after due and careful considera�ion, �
<br /> finds that legal notice of this proceeding ha� been given to all person� interested, both creditors
<br /> and heirs, as requirEd by laVr; that '�he allegations of said petition are true; that the eaid Frank
<br /> J. Shehein died �:ntestate on �Tuly 28, 194�3, a residen�G of Doniphan, in Hall County, �ebraska; that
<br /> said decedent died more than two years previous to the filing of the petition herein, and was, at ,
<br /> the date of hi� death, seized of an estate in fee simple in and to land situated in the state oP i
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit: �
<br /> The west two feet of Lot Two (2) and the eas'G thirty-five feet of Lot� Three (3) , all in ,
<br /> Block fJne (1) in the Original Town of Doniphan, in Hall County, state of Nebraska.
<br /> That no administrator of the estate of said deceas�d hae be�n appointed in the state oP
<br /> Nebraska, and that no decree of heirship has heretofore been entered in a probate oP hia said
<br /> es'Gat� in Nebraska; that said deceased lef�G surviving hlm, as his sole and only heirs at law,

<br /> Franklin W. Sheh�in, a son, and

<br /> That the interest of said deceased in and to said real estate descended as follows: a one-

<br /> That proaeedinga were had herein �nder Section 77-2027 of the Revised Statute� of Nebraska,
<br /> 19k3, for determinatian of inheritance tax, and it was found and determined tha�G there was no .
<br /> such inheritance tax due from any of the respective heirs at law.

<br /> I, Elizabeth Kindig of the �illage of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br /> consider�.ng the uncertainty of this mortal life do therefore, make, publish and declar.e thia to be

<br /> FIRST. I order and direct the Executor of my estate to pa.y all my ,�ust debts, funeral expenses and
<br /> cost of adm3nistr�,tion of my estate as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
