<br /> Now on this 14th day of Januax y, 19��, this matter came on to be hea,rd on the final account and
<br /> petition for discharge of Fay N. Stauss, administratrix of the Estate of George Stauss, also known
<br /> as George J. Stauss, deceased, and for the distribution of the real property of said estate, and
<br /> the evid�nce, �.nd was submitted to the c�urt on consideration whereof' the court Pinds that due and
<br /> legal notice of the time and place �f he�.ring on said final account and petition for discharge has
<br /> been given to all persons interested in said estate, as provided by law. Thereupon the court being
<br /> Pully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br /> 1.
<br /> That the s�id final account of the said Fay N. Stauss, administr�.tri� of. tne estate of said
<br /> George Stauss, also kno�rn as George J. Stauss, d�cea.sed, is in a11 re�pects, ,�ust, true, and
<br /> co,rrect; th�t due notice to creditors has been given; that there were no claims filed against said
<br /> estate, and that said estate is no�a solvent; and that there is no Pederal or state inheritance tax
<br /> to be �ssessed against s�id estate. .

<br /> That George S�auas, a,lso knoT�an as Geor�e J. Stauss, dece€�sed, died intestate on the 25th day
<br /> of June, Zg47, leaving as his heirs and. only heir� at law, Fay N. St�.uss, �aife, Georgia Stauss,
<br /> daughter, Marie 5tauss, d�.ughter, and M�,r�uerite Stauss, daughter, and that the real property
<br /> descends as by 1aw nr3vided. :

<br /> That on final settlement of the estate, there will be due this caurt th� sum of �43.00; that
<br /> the �,ttorney fees and administratrix' s fees have been paid in r�robating the estate of George Stauss,
<br /> also kno!�an as Geor�'e J. Stauss,; deceased, and conducting broceedings for the settlement of this
<br /> estate.

<br /> The court further finds that the following descrioed p�rcel oP real estate was recorded in the
<br /> name of the deceased at the time of his death: The property loc�.ted at 1010 West John Street,
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, ?�lebraska, and described as Lot Seven (7} in Bloek Si� (6) , I�lindolph's
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> The court further finds tha.t there was no personal property to be administered in this estate.

<br /> The court further finds that the heira and only heirs at law oP said deceased, are Fay N. Stauss,
<br /> wiPe, Georgia Stauss, dau�hter, Marie Stauss, Daughter, and Marguerite Stauss, daughter.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE C��ISIDERED, �RDERED, ADJUDGED A.JD DECRE�D BY THE COURT that the fina.l account
<br /> of said Fay N. Stauss, administratrix of the estate of Geore Stauss, also known as George J. Stauss,
<br /> deceased, be a.nd tne same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed, and allowed.
<br /> IT IS F��.TRT�ER C^PJSIDERED, C�RJERED, ADJUDGED A:�D DECR�}`ED BY THE COURT that the real estate
<br /> located at 1�10 West John Street, Grand Isla#�d, Nebraska, and described as Lot Seven ( 7) in Block
<br /> Six (6) , Windol�h ' s Additi^n to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> be and the same is hereby distributed among the heirs, Fay N. Stauss, Georgia Stauss, Marie Stauss,
<br /> and hiarguerite Stauss, as nrovided for under the la�as of the State oP Nebraska, and that the said Fay N.
<br /> Stauss be discha.rged from her trust as administratrix of said estate and the sureties on her
