<br /> 1. I hereby cancel, annul and revoke all wills and codicil� by me at any time heretofore ma.de;
<br /> 2. I hereby �ive, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Laverna E. Donnelly, now residing
<br /> in Qrand Island, Nebraska, all my estate and all of the property of which I may die seized and
<br /> possessed, �.nd to which I may be entitled at the time of my decease, of whatsoever kind and nature,
<br /> and wheresoever it may be situated, be it real, personal or mixed, to be hers, absol�tely and forever;

<br /> The court finds �hat �ursuant to order of this court notice of the pla.ce and time for hearing
<br /> upon sueh report has been �iven to all concerned by publication for the time and in the manner
<br /> reauired by law, and u�on the County Attorney of Hall Cvunty, Nebraska.
<br /> The court further finds tha.t ; no claims have b�een filed aga3ns� such estate; the filing o2' c3alms
<br /> against such estate is barred by order and notice in the manner and Porm provided by statute; the
<br /> costs and expenses of administration have been paid; the heirs at law of such deceased a.re the
<br /> persons hereinafter specifically named; the will of such deceased devises and bequeaths all of the
<br /> property of such deceased to Laverna E. Donnelly, his wif e, and the sum of One Dollar to each of
<br /> his children; the estate of such deceased and the interests of the heirs, devisees and legatees
<br /> therein are not subJect to Nebraska inheritance tax; the legacy to each child of deceased has been
<br /> fully paid and satisfied; there is both persanal and the real property hereinafter deseribed for

<br /> deceased are: Laverna E. Donnelly, hia wiPe; and Sharon Kay Donnelly and Patricia Ann Donnelly,
<br /> the children of sueh deceased and Laverna E. Donnelly; the estate of sueh deceased and interest
