<br /> Hanssen, John Hanssen and Ed�ard Hanssen, nephewa, and Max� Relling, Emelie Kelling, Enima Roche and
<br /> Lena Sehul2e, nieces, they be3ng all of the children of Catherina Hanssen, a predeceased si�ter oP

<br /> against said estate and said Executor one year in �rhic� to settle said estate, and Purther ore�ering
<br /> that notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent, s� legal newspaper published
<br /> and circulatin� in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior to the 9th day of July,
<br /> 19�7, and that a hearin� on claims filed against �a3d estate would be held a'G the office of the County
<br /> Judge of Ha.11 County, Nebraska, on the 13th day of Octoher, 1947, at 9 o 'clock A.M. , and i'� appear�
<br /> by proof on file �hat notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.

<br /> The Court further finds that on the 16th day o.f June, 1947, said First National Bank of arand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, Executor of said estate, Piled in this Court i�s innentory of the property of said estate,
<br /> an� that according to said inv�ntory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following
