<br /> I, Edith Henrietta Kier�;, widow, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind,
<br /> but not unmindful of the �ossibility of death, do make, publish a�d deelare this, my last Will
<br /> and Testament, hereby revoking �.ny and all former wills by me made, and I hereby declare this to
<br /> be my last ?�1ill and Testament:

<br /> In the event of my death, I direct that all my ,just debts and funeral expenses shall be first
<br /> paid out of my estate.
<br /> II
<br /> I am the mother of four surviving children, to-wit: Alvina Senseney, wife of Newton Senseney
<br /> of ?�Tood River, Nebra.ska; Edward Kierig of Laramie, Wyoming; �lilliam Kierig of Cody, Wyoming; and
<br /> Mrs. Lillian Highes of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

<br /> In order to affect a ,�ust and �roper distribution of iny estate, I hereby give, devise and
<br /> bequeath unto my daughter, Alvina senseney, one-fourth(1/�+) of my estate of every kind and nature
<br /> whatsoever; to have and to use the same during her lif etime; th� intention being hereby to give,
<br /> devise and bec�ueath to my s�.iddaughte� a life use in one-four�h of all �he property �rhich I may
<br /> o��rn at the time of my death, after the payment of my ,just debts and funeral expenses, a.nd she to
<br /> have the right to a.11 the rents, interPst, income and profits thereof during her lifetime, and at
<br /> her death said z�roperty to go to her surviving chilc�ren or the children of any deceased child,
<br /> b3r right of representation, share �.nd_ share alike.

<br /> I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Lillian Hughes, a one-fourth (1/�-) interest in
<br />' all property ��rhich I may have at the time of' my death of every kind and nature whatsoever, to
<br /> her and her heirs and assigns forever.

<br /> I give, devise and beQueatn unto my son, ��Tilliam Kierig, of Cody, ?�Tyoming, one-fourth (1�4�

<br /> I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, Ed��rard Kierig, of Laramie, Wyoming, one-fburth (1/�)

<br /> I direct that in the event any of my children shall be owing me at the time of my death any sum
<br /> of money evidenced by notes or otherwise, then and in that event the amount so owing shall be
<br /> deducted fram the share of said child.

<br /> In the event of my death, I request that Frank J. Cleary of the First National Bank of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, be ��pointed as Executor of this, my last Z!�ill and Testament, and in the event
<br /> of his dea.th or inability to act, I request the Court to appoint W. A. Prince of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall CQUnty, Nebraska, as Executor. "
