�� WILL AND DECRE� R�CORD 26081—The Auguetine Co., Grand Island, Nebn The Court further finds that on the 22nd Day of January, 19�-7, that William G. Cowle, aon, filed in this Court his duly verified petition praying that Le'�tere of Aclministration be granted to him in the estate of George Cowle, deceased; that the Cvurt thereupon fixed the 21st day oP February, 19�-7, as the date for hearing upon said petition and that due notice of the filing of said petition and the time and place fixed f'or hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner pro�vided by law, and that on the 21st day of February, 1947, hearing was had and Letters of Admin- istration issued to William G. Cowle, and he duly qualified as such Administra't'�r. The Court further flnds that due and legal notice was given to all persons of the time and place fixed fixed by the Court f or the presentation of claims against said estate; and that the time so fixe�by the Court has fully expired, an d that all �ersons having claims against said estate, if any such there be are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such cl�ims against said estate. Cowle, son, and undivided one half interest therein, sub,ject to the Homestead rights of the said Lucy Cow].e, widow, in and to the Southeast (SE4) of Section 20, Township Njne (9) North, Range Twelve West fo the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
