<br /> of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare thls my Last Will and
<br /> Testament in the manner and form following: .
<br /> FIR�T I direct that my �ust debts and expenses �ttending my burial be first paid.
<br /> SECOND I give, dev.ise and bequeath to my ne�phew F'ranklin S. Tay�.or, my middle siZed diamond ring,
<br /> THIRD I give, devise �.nd bequeath to my siaters and brother, the sum of �1.00 each to-wit:
<br /> Viola 2�. Rice, Oakley A. Winn, Ida B. �uggan , Lillian G. Leydecker and the said bequeath is given
<br /> to each of them for the reason that I f ee1 that none of them are in need of any other small
<br /> bequest which I could make to them.
<br /> FOURTH Al1 of the residue and remainder of my property, including real estate, Building and Loan
<br /> stock, and all other property whieh � �own at the time of my death. I give, devi�e and bequeath to
<br /> my husband Fred G. Baldwin. I direct that he shall �ay to my sister Alice Taylor the sum of
<br /> Twenty Dollars (�20. 00) per month, commencing 8ithin three months after my deat7l and continuing

<br /> Anna E. Baldwin deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That an the 5th day of ��axch 1947,
<br /> said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the

<br /> This cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of Fr�d G. Baldwin, executor of the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Anna E. Baldwin, deceased, following due notice to all persons interested
<br /> by publication, of the filing oY said report, and of the time fixed for Pinal settlement of said
<br /> estate, and no one appeared to ob,�ect or �rotest the allowance of said report.
<br /> On examination tnereof, the Court f inds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br /> to be allowed, and that said executor has accounted for all of said e�At ate coming into his hands
<br /> or under his control, has paid all claims Piled and allowed againat said estate, and the costs oP
<br /> administration; that said executor advanced $�520. 7� with which to uay the claims allowed a�ainst
<br /> said es�ate; that he has waived claim for said amount against said estate.
<br /> The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as �o the time
<br /> allowed and place appo3nted for xhe filing of claims as required by Iaw; that said time has expired,
<br /> and that all elaims outstand.ing, if any such there be, are forever barred and �recluded.
<br /> The Court Pinds that the said Anna E. Baldwin, deceased, depa,rted this life on the 2�th day
<br /> of January, 1947 being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant oP Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> that she left a Last Will and Testament which instrument was dul�r approved, allowed, and �mitted
<br /> to probate in this Court on the 5th day of March, 1947 and recorded in this oPfice.
<br /> The Court further finds that the said Anna E. Baldwin died ceased in Pee o� the following-
