<br /> This matter coming on to be heard on the application of Carl Stueven and Edna Stueven Por
<br /> aorrection of the spelling of the last names of the beneficiaries under the Last Will and Testament
<br /> of Annie Suhr, deceased,
<br /> THE COURT FINDS that by reason of inadvertenee and error on the part of the person drafting '
<br /> the Last Will and Testament of Annie Suhr, deceased, which will was admitted to probate in this
<br /> proeeeding, said will bearing date oP March 1, 19�+5, the last name of the benePiciaries was
<br /> spelled Steuven; whereas said name should have been spelled Stueven; that said misspelling was '
<br /> carried throughout the probate proceedings; that a finding of this �ourt ought to be made in order '
<br /> to avoid confusion at a later date. I
<br /> The Court, upon consideration of the evidence presented, Pinds correct spelling oP the names
<br /> of the beneficiaries under the Last Will a nd Testament of Annie Suhr are as Pollows: Car� Stueven
<br /> and Edna Stueven.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, AI�TUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COTR T as a supplemental findi.ng and decree �
<br /> of this Court that the names Carl Steuven and Edna Steuven and the na,mea Carl Stueven and Edna
<br /> Stueven described the same persons and the true and correc� names of those persons are Carl
<br /> Stueven a,nd Edna Stueven, the latter being the persons set out in the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> Annie Suhr. to be her benePiclaries share and share alike, and the persons entitled share and share
<br /> a11ke to the following described real estate:
<br /> The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (3�SE4) oY Sec'�ion `�hirty-Four (3�k) in Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9) West oP the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> and that said real property above described did pass and descend in fee simple title, ehare and

<br /> DECREE OF HEIRSHIP
<br /> IN THE COUA�TY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br /> In the matter of the estate ) -
<br /> of ; DECREE OF HEIRSHIP.
<br /> JAMES P. BRITT, DECEASED.
<br /> Now on this 29th day of April, 1919, this cause came on further to be heard and the court being
<br /> fully advised in the premises, after a full examination of the files and records of this office,
<br /> and from the evidence, finds that the said James P. Britt departed this life on the 27th day oP
<br /> November, 1917, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he
<br /> died intestate.
<br /> The court finds that the wife of the said James P. Britt preceded him in death and that he leP�
<br /> surviving him as his only heir at law, Roland P. Britt, his minor son.
<br /> The court finds that the said James P. Britt died seized in fee simple oP an undivided one-hal�
<br /> interest in the following deacribed real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State oP
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lots num�ered Nine �9� and Ten (10) in Scudder 's Addition to the Village of Doniphan.
<br /> The Court finds that under and by virtue of the Zaw oP descent of the State vf Nebraska, all of
<br /> the right, title and interest of the said James P. Britt in and to the above mentioned
<br /> and
<br /> described real estate, did pass and descend at his death, intestate, to the said Roland P. Britt,
<br /> his son, in absolute tltle.
<br /> The court Pinds from the files and records in this mattsr that notice to creditors to present
<br /> their claims against said estate was given pursuant to the order of court bearing date Mareh 27,
<br /> 191�, b�r publication of such notice four successive weeks in the Doniphan Enterprise, a newspaper
<br /> printed and �ublished in Fiall County, �.nd that the time allowed by the cour-t f or presentation oP
<br /> cl�.ims against the estate of said deceased has expired, and that all claims and demands outstanding
<br /> against said estate �.nd not filed, if �ny such exist, are theref'ore forever barred and excluded.
