<br /> be Marie Damerell, wido�a of the deceased, and Gwendolyn Damerell Hutton, daughter of tY�e deceased,

<br /> Ti���.t the estate and beneficiaries of the estate of the deceased have paid all inheritance
<br /> tax due under the lat�v of the State of Nebraska, and �he estate of the deceased and the beneficiaries
<br /> thereof should be and they are hereby decreed to be free f'rom any further liability for inheritan�e
<br /> tax; that the federal estate tax owing by the estate of the deceased has been paid by the executor
<br /> of the estate of the deceased, and the estate of the deceased and the benePiciaries thereof' should
<br /> be and they are hereby decreed to be free and clear of any further liability for federal estate tax.
