<br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,
<br />on the 27th day of November A.D., 1946 Present Charles Bossert County Judge In the Matter of the
<br />Estate of Annie Buhr, Deceased
<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 29th day of October 1946, the instrument nurporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Annie Buhr decease., was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 27th day of November,
<br />1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of t1-e real and personal estate of said Annie Buhr deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this
<br />27th day of November, 1946.

<br />DECREE
<br />Now on this 27th day of August, 1947, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />the First National Bank, Executor of the above named estate; and it appearing to the satisfaction
<br />of the Court that notice as required by law has been given to all persons interested as to the
<br />filing of said report and the time set for final settlement of said estate, by publication, and
<br />no objection or protest has been filed, and on examination thereof the Court finds that said
<br />report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as the final report of said
<br />Executor,
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said
<br />deceased of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and the time
<br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired; and that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been paid and satisfied, and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not
<br />so filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Annie Buhr departed this life testate on the 24th day of October,
<br />1946; that she was, at the time of her death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.,
<br />and that she left surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law a number of distant relatives,
<br />none of whom were made beneficiaries under the terms of her Last Will and Testament.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that under the terms and conditions of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />Annie Buhr, the sole beneficiaries of her estate were the following: Carl Steuven, Edna Steuven
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Annie Buhr died possessed of the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S2SE4) of Section Thirty —Four (34), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine ( 9) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Four (4),

<br />been submitted to the dourt.
<br />South Grand Island, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />t the deceased died possessAf certain personal property, a detailed
<br />this estate; that in addition thereto there were a number of items
<br />present value, and, accordingly, a. detailed list thereof has not
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FI° .4DS that the deceased did give, devise and bequeath said estate to Carl
<br />Steuven and Edna Steuven, share and share alike.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said estate is subject to inheritance tax; that the same has been
<br />computed and assessment made.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said estate may be subject to a claim filed in this Court by
<br />Anna Hansjosten; that the claimant has appealed from the finding of this Court, and that, therefore,
<br />the amount due said claimant has not been determined; that said claim should be a lien against the
<br />real property belonging to said estate;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred
<br />and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the
<br />same is fully settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY TIRE COURT that the real estate above described,
<br />did pass and_ c.escend upon the death of Annie Suhr,.under the terms of her Last 11ill and Testament,
<br />to Carl Steuven and Edna Steuven, share and share alike; that said real property shall be jub'Ject
<br />to the claim of Anna Hansjosten in the amount in which such claim is finally adjudicated, and a
<br />lien is hereby decreed against said real estate to guarantee payment of the amount finally found
<br />due Anna Hansjosten.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY T-E CC'TRT that all personal property, including
<br />cash on hand, in the hands of the Executor shall be raid share and share alike to Carl Steuven and
<br />Edna Steuven; and that the personal effects of Annie Buhr shall be delivered to said Carl Steuven
<br />and Edna Steuven to belong to them jointly.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that tine final report of the Executor
<br />is approved in all things and that said Executor is hereby released from any and all liability.
