rl <br />1 <br />h <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />ss. <br />HALL COUNTY ) <br />NO. 9 HALL COUNTY <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL <br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand <br />Island, in said County, on the 19th day of March A.D., 1947 Present Charles Bossert County Judge. <br />In the Matter of the Estate of Lena Mae Waffle, Deceased <br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that <br />on the 20th day of February 1947, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of <br />Lena Mae Waffle deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 19th day of March 1947, <br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the <br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Lena Mae Waffle deceased, and the <br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS TIHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this <br />19th day of March, 1947- <br />(SEAL) <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D MAR 19 1947 <br />CHARLES BOSSERT COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of ) <br />the Estate of ) <br />Lena Mae Waffle ) <br />Deceased ) <br />FINAL DECREE <br />Charles Bossert <br />County Judge. <br />Now on this 27 day of August, 1947, this matter came on to be heard.upon the final account of <br />the executor, Paul C. Holmberg, and the petition for settlement thereof. The executor, Paul C. <br />Holmberg was vresent in person. Evidence was taken and this muter was submitted to the court and <br />on consideration thereof the court finds that said account is in all respect just, true and correct, <br />that the items of receipt therein are the total receipts for the said executor of said estate and <br />that the list of items paid out, in said report were and are all proper charges against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that Lena Mae Waffle, deceased, late of the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, departed this life on the 10th day of February, 1947, that said Lena Mae Waffle <br />died leaving surviving her, Clark I. Waffle, her husband and the following named children: Linda <br />Sarrah Schulz, Oakland, California; Eunice Margaret Goodwin, Denver, Colorado; Ruth Blanche Guy, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska; and Edith Carlina Tagge, Oaklan� California; daughter; Charles Le Roy Waffle, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska; Elmer Alfred Waffle, Grand Island, Nebraska; and Wilber Alton Waffle, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska; sons; and that all of said children are of legal age. <br />The court further finds that the said Lena 111ae Waffle, died leaving a last will and testament; <br />and that under the provisions of said will, her husband Clark I. Waffle, was named as the only person <br />to share in the property and assets of said estate and that said will assigns both the real and <br />person property to the said Clark I. Waffle. <br />The court further finds that there is a cash balance on hand in a savings account in the <br />Overland National Bank, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Account No. #2969, in the sum of <br />$2320.05 and that there is the sum of $337.38 on deposit in a checking account in the Overland <br />National Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, to the credit of said executor and that all of the funds <br />in said savings account and said checking account should be paid to and are hereby assigned to the <br />said Clark I. Waffle. <br />The court further finds that the said Lena. Mae Waffle at the time of her death was the owner <br />of an automobile described as a 1930 Ford Sedan, Motor No. A 3 742 763, and in accordance with <br />the provisions of said last will and testament of the said Lena Mae Waffle, deceased, the same is <br />hereby ordered transferred and assigned to the said Clark I. Waffle. <br />The court further: finds that Lena Mae Waffle, deceased, at the time of her death was the <br />owner of an undivided one -half (2) interest in and to Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), Block <br />Nine (9), in West Park Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and said real <br />estate is hereby assigned to the said Clark I. �laffle. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that said estate is fully completed and <br />settled, and upon the filing of receipts from the heirs above named, said executor and his bonds- <br />men will be discharged. <br />Charles Bossert <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />ss.
