<br />conditions of said Last Will and Testament as hereinbefore found and that there remains at this
<br />time no property in the hands of said Executrix belonging to said estate undistributed by her,
<br />she having made full and complete distribution thereof and filed receipts showing distribution
<br />with this Court and that she be discharged, her bond released and said estate fully administered,
<br />settled and closed.

<br />LAST WILL SD TESTAMENT
<br />LENA MAE WAFFLE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN:
<br />I, Lena Mae Waffle, of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby make, publish
<br />and declare this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT in words and figures as follows, to -wit:

<br />I direct that all of my just debts encluding expenses of my last illness and burial be first paid
<br />out of my estate.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, Clark Waffle, all of my property of every description
<br />what so ever, both real and personal to be his in fee simple absolute.
<br />III
<br />I make no provisions for the following of my children, Linda Sarrah Schulz, Charles Le Roy,
<br />Eunice Margaret Goodwin, Ruth Blanche Guy, Elmer Alfred and Wilber Alton for the reason that all
<br />of said children are now of legal age and have here to for received whatever help, aid and assistance
<br />I have been able to provide and for the further reason that my husband, Clark Waffle should have
<br />what estate I possess for his maintanance and support during the rest of his natural life.

<br />I make no provision for my daughter Edith Carlina, a minor, for the reason that her education,
<br />maintanance, and support will be cared for by my husband, Clark Waffle.

<br />I hereby name, constitute and appoint my said husband, Clark Waffle, guardian of my said minor
<br />daughter, Edith Carlina.

<br />I hereby name, constitute and appoint Paul C. Holmberg, of Grand Island, Nebraska, executor of
<br />this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />Dated this 31st day of December A.D., 1931, at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />then being of sound mind and under no compulsion, subscribed her name to this instrument in our
