LAST WILL AND TESTAMMENT OF WILHEIM LOHMANN
COPY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA
IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:
I, Wilhelm Lohmann, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory
every kind and, nature, to have and to hold to her and her heirs forever.
2. To my said wife, Maria Lohmann, I give and devise all of my real estate, wheresoever
situated, to have and to hold for and during her natural life; provided, however, that should my
said wife find that the income from the real estate possessed by me at the time of my death is not
Nebraska, or Lot Six (6) in Block Four (4) of H. G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
event is she to have authority to sell more than one of said two properties. The foregoing provisions
in favor of my wife are in lieu of all of her statutory rights in my estate.
3. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give and devise to my executors,
Henry Lohmann and Fred Loescher and direct that they, within two years after the death of the
survivor of myself and wife, reduce the same to cash; and for that purpose, I hereby expressly
authorize them to sell all of my real estate, on such terms, and conditions as they may deem best,
without first having obtained an order or license from any Court or Judge. After having so reduced
my estate to cash, my executors are hereby directed to divide said cash into four equal parts, and
they are directed to pay one- fourth (1/4) part to my daughter, Nettie Gross; one - fourth (1/4) part Page Two
to my son, Henry Lohmann; one - fourth (1/4) part to my daughter Olga Loescher; and one - fourth (1/4)
part to my daughter Hala Guenther. In connection with such sale, it is my wish and desire that any
of my children desiring to bid on said property, be permitted, to do so and if their bid be the
