<br />Now on this 7th day of July, 1947, this cause came on for hearing upon the Petition of Alice
<br />Maxine Davis, praying for a settlement -of the estate of Alice Myers Shoopman, deceased, for a
<br />determination of her heirs, and their right of descent in her real estate, and their degree of
<br />kinship, and for a Decree settling her estate, And it appearing ,ta the Court from the proofs
<br />on file therein that due and legal notice has been given by publication for three weeks As by law
<br />and the order of this Court provided, to all heiras =at -law and all other persons interested in said
<br />estate of the filing of said Petition, and of the time and place fixed for hearing on the same,
<br />and there being no objections thereto, this cause was duly submitted to the Court upon the
<br />Petition filed herein, and the records and evidence in support thereof, and the Court being
<br />fully advised finds that the allegations of said Petition are true, and that Alice Maxine Davis,
<br />the petitioner, is one of the heirs of Alice Myers Shoopman, deceased, and is the owner of a part
<br />of the real estate described below, and that she is a competent and proper person to prosecute
<br />this proceeding; that the said Alice Myers Shoopman departed this life at Broken Bow, in Custer
<br />County, Nebraska on February 26, 1937, and at the time of her death she was a resident of Custer
<br />County, Nebraska and the owner in fee simple title to the following described property situated
<br />in -Half County, Nebraska, to -wit;
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWJNWJ) of Section Thirty -One (31),
<br />Township Twelve (12), North, Range Eleven (11), west of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />that more thealtwo years have elapsed since her death, and no application has been filed for the
<br />appointment of an administrator and no petition has been filed for that purpose and no administra-
<br />tion has been had on the estate of the said Alice Myers Shoopman, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said Alice Maxine Davis is the daughter of Alice Myers Shoopman,
<br />deceased; that Elmer A. Shoopman is the surviving husband of Alice Myers Shoopman, and that the
<br />above- described property did pass and descend under the laws of the State of Nebraska at the
<br />date of the death of the said Alice Myers Shoopman in absolute title to Alice Maxine Davis and
<br />Elmer A. Shoopman, share and share alike, in absolute title.
<br />The Court further finds that the funeral expenses of the deceased have been paid; that all debts
<br />of said deceased and of her estate, if any such existed, are forever barred and precluded, and
<br />that the cost of this proceeding has been paid.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Alice Myers Shoopman
<br />died intestate in Custer County, Nebraska on the 26th day of February, 1937; that more than ten
<br />years have elapsed since her death; that no application for appointment of administrator for
<br />her estate has ever been made, nor has there ever been any administration upon the estate of
<br />the said deceased in the State of Nebraska; that said deceased was the owner fee simple)

<br />Township Twelve (12), North, Range Eleven (11), West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that the petitioner herein is a competent and qualified person to prosecute this proceeding;
<br />that said deceased left surviving her as her heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law Alice Maxine
<br />Davis, her daughter, and Elmer A. Shoopman, her husband; that upon the death of the said Alice
<br />`
<br />Myers Shoopman the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended by absolute title
<br />under the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said
<br />Alice Myers Shoopman to her daughter, Alice Maxine Davis, and her husband, Elmer A. Shoopman,
<br />in equal shares to each.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED By THE COURT that all debts of the said deceased
