<br />Kathryn Connor, his widow, and Elizabeth Connor, his mother; that he left no children or the
<br />issue of any deceased child, nor father surviving him.
<br />. The Court further finds that the said Bernard Connor was, at the time of his death, the owner
<br />in fee simple title of an undivided 1/6 interest in and to the following- described property:
<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N2SW4) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(SANW ) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the Sixth P.M.
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska; and that at his death the said undivided 1/6 interest passed and des-
<br />cended as follows: 1/2 thereof to Kathryn Connor, his wife, and 112 thereof to Elizabeth Connor,
<br />his mother, so that each did inherit an undivided 1/12 interest in and to the above - described
<br />premises.
<br />The Court further finds that the expenses of the last illness, funeral expenses, and costs
<br />of administration have been maid; that said estate is not liable for inheritance tax under the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska, or of the United States.
<br />It is therefore, ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the Court that the above- described real
<br />estate, and two shares of stock in the Skinner Packing Company of Omaha, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Certificate 610, did pass and descend at the death of the said Bernard Connor, as follows: 1/2
<br />thereof to his widow, Kathryn Connor, and 112 thereof to his mother, Elizabeth Connor, so that
<br />his widow and mother each receive an undivided 1/2 interest in the real estate desdribed herein,
<br />and that said real estt;.te and personal property is hereby assigned to them in equal shares.
<br />It is further ordered by the Court that said estate is closed and settled, and the administratrox
<br />Is discharged and her bond released.

<br />I, Catherine E. Brown, of Grand Island in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, after the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath
<br />unto Leroy C. M. Brown, my husband, all of my property both real and personal, of every description
<br />whatsoever and wheresoever situated to him absolutely forever. It is my request that my husband
<br />take good and proper care of our children as far as the estate he may receive will allow, until
<br />they become of age.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Leroy C. M. Brown, my husband, without Bona to be
<br />Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made
