<br />that'.due..notice to creditors to file their claims against the estate of said deceased has been
<br />given as required by law and the order of this Court, that the time limited therein for filing such
<br />claims has long since expired and that all claims so filed the funeral expenses and the expenses of
<br />administering said estate except the sum of $7.00 due the idgar Sun for legal notices and the sum
<br />of $37.65 due John C. Stevens as attorney fees have been paid by said administratrix.
<br />Fifth:- I further find that the account of the said administratrix is correct, except the
<br />items of $6.50 paid as Court expenses in guardianship matter, the sum of $15.60_paid for insurance
<br />on household furnature and the sum of $21.00 paid to John C. Stevens expenses to Clay Center, which
<br />should be surcharged to said administratrix.
<br />It is therefore ordered by the Court that the objections to th
<br />administratrix of the estate of Henry W. Stout, deceased, be, and
<br />except as to the three items mentioned in paragraph fifth of this
<br />be surcharged with said items amounting to the sum of $43.10 that
<br />be, and the same is hereby approved, and she is ordered to pay to

<br />That she pay to Alice A. Stout, guardian of Leslie W. Stout and Harold W. Stout, minor heirs of
<br />said deceased, *564.78 and that upon filing vouchers therefor, she be discharged from said trust.
<br />It is further decreed by the Court that the real estate described in paragraph second of this
<br />decree, be and the same is hereby assigned to Alice A. Stout, widow of Henry W. Stout, deceased
<br />as a homestead, she to have the exclusive occupancy and control thereof for the benefit of herself
<br />and minor heirs of said Henry W. ;Stout, deceased, during her lifetime, and at her death said real
<br />estate is to descend in fee simple to Helen V. Walley, Cecil C. Stout, Leslie W. Stout and Harold
<br />W. Stout, to each an un- divided one fourth interest therein.
<br />And it is further decreed by the Court that lots six and seven in block nine in Wallichis
<br />addition to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska, together with any other real estate which has not
<br />heretofore been sold, shall descend to the above named Helen V. Walley, Cecil C. Stout, Leslie W.
<br />Stout and Harold W. Stout, to each an undivided one fourth interest therein, subject to the dower
<br />interest of the said Alice A. Stout, widow of said Henry W. Stout, deceased.

<br />D E C R E E
<br />Now on this 21st day of June, 1947 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Kathryn Connor, administratrix of the estate of Bernard Connor, deceased, and it appearing to the
<br />Court from the proofs on file that all persons interested in said estate have been notified as
<br />by law and the order of this Court dated May 27th, 1947, and there being no objections on file
<br />the Court proceeded to examine said report.
<br />After a full examination thereof, the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects,
<br />and ought to be approved and allowed, and that the administratrix has accounted for all of the
<br />estate of said deceased which has come into her possession.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the final report of Kathryn Connor,
<br />administratrix of the estate of Bernard Connor, deceased, be, and the same hereby is approved.
<br />The Court, further finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Bernard Connor,
<br />deceased, of the time limited and the place appointed for filing claims against his estate; that
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has exp=ired; that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been paid; that all outstanding claims against said estate not so filed, if any such
<br />there be, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claim against the estate of Bernard Connor, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Bernard Connor departed this life on the 27th day of
<br />February, 1947, and at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he
<br />left surviving him the following heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, to -wit:
