4 WILL AND DECREE RECORD 28081 —The Augustine Co., Grand Island, Nebr. h LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN I, Sophia Fuehrer, of Grand Island in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. FIRST, I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and fun1eral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath all my property, both real estate and personal property, whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired and wheresoever situated to my children in equal shares, to have and to hold the same forever, except the vacant lot located at 210 East Thirteenth Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and des- cribed as Lot Seven (7) Block Sixty -nine (69), Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, which I give, devise and bequeath to the Salem Evangelical Church for, the use of said Church as the Trustees thereof, or the congregation, as the case may be, see fit. LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Ira Hunsberger of Grand Island, Nebraska, to be executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. IN WITNESS 11HEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 15th day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred forty -six. HALL COUNTY ) CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County, on the 20th day of February A.D., 1947. Present Charles Bossert County Judge. In the Matter of the Estate of Sophia Fuehrer, Deceased I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 23rd day of January 1947, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Sophia Fuehrer deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 20th day of February 1947, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Sophia Fuehrer deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA IN THE 14ATTER OF THE ESTATE ) OF ) SOPHIA FUEHRER, DECEASED ) FINAL DECREE Now on this 16th day of July, 1947, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report and Supplemental Report of Ira Hunsberger, executor of the estate of Sophia Fuehrer, deceased, and upon his Petition for the allowance and approval of said reports, settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the court having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the tilhe and place fixed by the court for the hearing thereon, and further finds that said Report and Supplemental Report are true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said executor, said estate settled and closed and the executor discharged. The court further finds that the said Sophia Fuehrer departed this life on January 19, 1947, and that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that her husband preceded her in death and that she left surviving her as her heirs -at -law, and only heirs - at -law, eight children, they being Emma Rembolt, Della Zamzow, Lester U. Fuehrer, Calvin A. Fuehrer, Gertrude Fuehrer, Meta Rudolf, Donald Fuehrer and Eleanor Stewart; that she left a Last Will and Testament, which was, by the consideration of this court, duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate on the 20th day of February, 1947, and Letters Testamentary were duly issued by this court to the said Ira Hunsberger on the estate of Sophia Fuehrer, deceased. The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the tithe and place fixed by the court for filing claims against the estate of the deceased and that the time so fixed has fully expired, and that.all persons having claims against said estate and not filed within the time limited by the court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claim against said estate. The court further finds that the executor has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, all debts against said estate and the costs of these proceedings, and has made proper distribution of the personal property in said estate of the deceased as provided under the Will, and nothing further remains in the hands of the executor belonging to said estate. The court further finds that the estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a federal estate tax under the laws of the United States.
