<br />Now on the 16th day of July, 1947, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence was submitted to the court, on consideration whereof the court finds that due and legal
<br />notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter, both creditors
<br />and heirs, as required by law; that all the statements and allegations set forth in said petition
<br />are true; that said Anna Schmidt Shealds, also known as Anna Schmidt Shields died intestate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on the 7th da of November, 1932, and that she had been devised the North Half
<br />W) of the Northwest Quarter TNWU of Section Twenty -three (23), in Township Nine (9), North of
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, under and by virtue of
<br />the terms of the Last Will and Testament of her father., John Schmidt, who predeceased her with-
<br />out having altered or changed said devise from his said will, and at the time of her death the
<br />following were her children and sole and only heirs at law, to wit: Clabe Shields, husband;
<br />Floyd W. Shields, son; Judson C. Shields, son; Medrick D. Shields, also known as Mederick D. Shields,
<br />son; Marjorie Shields, (now Marjorie A. Shields Thomas), daughter; Elane Shields, also known as
<br />Daisy Elane Shields, (now Daisy Elane Shields Daniels:, daughter; Deloris Shields, also known as
<br />Deloris Irene Shields, (now Deloris Irene Shields Breitenfeldt), daughter; all over the age of 21 ;v
<br />years, and Burdetta Ann Shields, daughter; and Anita C. Shields, daughter; both minors.
<br />That no application
<br />of the Estate of said
<br />at law at the time of
<br />children are the sole
<br />Anna Schmidt Shields,
<br />one -eight interest th,
<br />has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator
<br />deceased, and that the above named childredn were her sole and only heirs
<br />her death, and the Court hereby finds and determines that said above named
<br />and only heirs at law of the said Anna Schmidt Shealds, also known as
<br />deceased, and that said real estate descend to said children an undivided
<br />srein in fee simple title to each.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the court that the real estate above described
<br />be and the same hereby is assigned to Floyd W. Shields, son; Judson C. Shields, son: Medrick D.
<br />Shields, also known as Mederick D. Shields, son; Marjorie.Shields,(now Marjorie A. Shields Thomas),
<br />daughter; Elane Shields, also known as Daisy Elane Shields, (now Daisy Elane Shields Daniels, daughter
<br />Deloris Shields, also known as Deloris Irene Shields, (now Deloris Irene Shields Breitenf eldt),
<br />daughter; all over the age of 21 years; Burdetta Ann Shields, daughter; and Anita C. Shields,
<br />daughter, minors, an," undivided one - eighths interest therein to each.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the Court that all claims and demand against the
<br />Estate of the said deceased, either due or t0 become due, either absolute or contingent, be and the
<br />same are hereby forever barred.
