<br />SS. At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall
<br />COUNTY OF HALL ) in the State of Nebraska, this 16th day of July, 1947.
<br />Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge. BE IT REMEMBERED: That on the
<br />23rd day of June, 1947, William E. Hongsermeier, as Administrator with Will Annexed of the estate
<br />of Anna Marie Hongsermeier, deceased, filed in this Court his final account as such Administrator
<br />and a petition praying that said account be allowed, for a decree of heirship, an order determin-
<br />ing inheritance tax, if any, an order of distribution, a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 16th day of July, 1947, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room
<br />In said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal
<br />newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing, and it appears by
<br />proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no objections to said final
<br />account have been made or filed.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter, and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST
<br />That Anna Marie Hongsermeier, also known as Marie Hongsermeier, departed this life on the 29th
<br />day of October, 1946, at her residence in Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, testate, and at
<br />the time of her death she was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. page 2.
<br />SECOND
<br />That on the 6th day of November, 1946, Fred Hongsermeier filed in this Court an.instrument
<br />purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Anna Marie Hongsermeier, executed by her in
<br />the name of Marie Hongsermeier, wherein said petitioner was named Executor, and a petition offering
<br />said Will for probate alleging that said Anna Marie Hongsermeier departed this life on October 29,
<br />1946, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that on the 6th da of November, 1946, an order of this Court
<br />was 'made therein assigning the 4th day of December, 194, at 10 o'clock A.M. in the County Court
<br />Room in said County as the time and place for hearing said petition, proving said Will and admitting
<br />the same to probate and ordering that notice of the pendency of said petition and hearing thereon
<br />be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing said notice in the Grand Island
<br />Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said county, for three successive weeks prior to said
<br />day of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was so given.
<br />THIRD
<br />The Court further finds that on the 4th day of December, 1946, said instrument was proved,
<br />allowed and admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Anna Marie Hongsermeier,
<br />deceased, which Last Will and Testament is In words as follows:
<br />THE LAST WILL OF MARIE HONGSERMEIER
<br />I. Marie Hongsermeier, make this my last Will hereby revoking all former Wills.
<br />I am at present living with my daughter Auguste Horst, but my home is in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and it is my intention to retain my place of residence in said County until my death.
<br />I appoint my son Fred Hongsermeier Executor of this Will and provide that his total compensation
<br />shall be One Hundred Dollars and no more.
<br />To my grandson Harold Ahrens I give two Hundred Dollars. When he comes of age he will be a
<br />well -to -do boy through the money arising out of my husband's estate, now in hands of his guardian.
<br />After the payment of all my just debts, expenses of my illness, burial and court costs and pay-
<br />ment of above legacy, my estate shall be divided into eight (S) equal parts and shall go to my
<br />page 3 eight children and to their respective heirs, share and share alike, that is to say my daughters
<br />Auguste Horst, Lena Turley and Marie Hongsermeier and my sons Fred Hongsermeier, Henry Hongser-
<br />meier, Charles Hongsermeier, William Hongsermeier and Albert Hongsermeier.
<br />Done at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd day of May, A. D. 1931.

<br />The foregoing was at the date thereof signed sealed published and declared by said testatrix
<br />as and for her last Will in our presence and we in her presence and at her special request and in
<br />the presence of one another have signed our names as witnesses hereto.

<br />Anne Marie Hongsermeier, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 4th day of
<br />December 1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and
<br />allowed as the last Will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Anna Marie Hongse3"".
