<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />THOMAS H. CONNOR, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 20th day of September, 1946 this cause came on to be heard upon the Final
<br />Report of William P.Connor; Administrator de bonis non of the Estate of Thomas H. Connor, deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the Court from the proof on file that all persons interested in said estate
<br />have been notified as required by law, and the order of this Court, dated July 2, 1946, and there
<br />being no objections on file, the Court proceeded to examine said report. After a full examination
<br />thereof, the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects, and ought to be approved and
<br />allowed, and that the administrator de bonis non has accounted for all of the Estate of said de-
<br />ceased which has come into his possession.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of William P.
<br />Connor, administrator de bonis non, be, and the same hereby is approved and allowed.
<br />THE COURT F?.1RTHER FINDS that notice was given to all creditors of the said Thomas H. Connor,
<br />deceased, of the time limited and the place appointed for filing claims against his estate; that
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been paid; that all outstanding claims against said estate not so filed, if any
<br />such there be, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claim against the estate of Thomas H. Connor, deceased.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Thomas H. Connor departed this life on February 27,
<br />1945,*and at the date of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that
<br />he left surviving him the following heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, to -wit: Elizabeth Connor,
<br />his widow, William P. Connor, Bernard Connor, and Charles Connor, his sons, and Alice Hubbard, his
<br />daughter.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Thomas H. Connor was, at the time of his death, the
<br />owner in fee sitple title of the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter .(N21SWJ-), and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(SWINWU of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the Sixth
<br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and according to the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the
<br />above- described real estate did.pass and descend as follows: To Elizabeth Connor, 113 thereof; to
<br />William P. Connor, Bernard Connor, Alice Hubbard, and Charles Connor, his children, an undivided
<br />1/6 thereof, each subject to the homestead rights of Elizabeth Connor, in and to said premises.
<br />THE CO?.TRT FURTHER FINDS that the expense of the last illness, funeral expenses, and costs
<br />of administration have been paid; that said estate is not liable for inheritance tax under the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska, or of the United States.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the above - described
<br />real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Thomas H. Connor to his widow, Elizabeth
<br />Connor, 1/3 thereof, and to his children, William P. Connor, Bernard Connor, Alice Hubbard, and
<br />Charles Connor, an undivided 1/6 thereof, and said. real estate is hereby assigned to them.
<br />IT IS FURTziER ORDERED BY THE COURT that said estate be closed and settled; that the
<br />administrator de bonis non be discharged, and his bond released.

<br />HALL COUNTY ) that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree entered IN THE MATTER
<br />OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS H. CONNOR, DECEASED, with the original record thereof,
<br />now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of
<br />such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto
<br />attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized t.o sign certificates in his own name, and that I
<br />am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attest-
<br />ation is in due form of law.

<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 18th day of June, A. D. 1947, this matter came on for hearing
<br />upon the petition of Hazel Jones, and the evidence, and the court being fully advised in the
<br />premises finds that notice of the time and place fixed for the hearing on said petition has been
<br />given by publication thereof, as ordered by the court, and as provided by law; that Richard Spoercke
<br />died intestate on February 5, 1899, a resident of said county, and left surviving him as his next
<br />of kin and heirs at law, his widow, Johanna Spoercke, afterwards by marriage Johanna Spoercke Sothman,
<br />and the following named children, to -wit: Elsie Spoercke, a daughter, afterwards by marriage Elsie
<br />Spoercke Deems, George Spoercke, a -son, May Spoercke, a daughter, afterwards by marriage May Spoercke
<br />Scheffel, Ella Spoercke, a daughter, afterwards by marriage Ella Spoercke Stark, and Richard Spoercke,
<br />a son, who all lived in Grand Island, Nebraska at the time of the death of the said Richard Spoercke,
<br />deceased, and who are now all of legal age; that he left no other living children or the living
