<br />The Court further finds that on the 24th day of July, 1946, an order of this court was made
<br />allowing creditors three months from and after the 21st day of August, 1946, in which to file
<br />their claims against said estate and said Administratrix with said Will Annexed, one year in
<br />which to settle said estate, and further ordering that notice to creditors be published in the
<br />Grand Island. Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />for three successive weeks prior to the 21st day of August, 1946, and that a hearing on claims
<br />filed against said estate would be held at the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 22nd day of November, 1946, at 9 o'clock A.M., and it appears by proof on file that notice
<br />of said order was published as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 9th day of December, 1946, said Anita Stoltenberg,
<br />Administratrix with will Annexed of said Estate, filed in this Court her inventory of the
<br />property of said estate and that according to said inventory, the deceased died seized and
<br />possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SjSWiNWj) and South Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (E4 SEjN*) and North Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NiSWU of Section Two (2) in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEJNEJ) and East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EJSEJ)
<br />of Section Three (3) in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />North Half (N2) of Section Three (3) in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the
<br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W2NW ) and Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SEjNW4)
<br />and North Half of the Southwest Quarter IN_SW4) of gj Section Nine (9) in Township Nine (9),
<br />North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska..
<br />Personal property of the value of $615.87.

<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms, conditions and provisions of said Last
<br />Will and Testament of said deceased, said property was devised and bequeathed in fee simple
<br />absolute unto Anita Stoltenberg and to her heirs forever.
<br />SIXTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 22nd day of November, 1946, an order of this Court was
<br />made allowing the claim of Geddes Funeral Home in the sum of $783.58 against this estate and
<br />loarring the filing of any and all other claims against said estate and excluding the holders
<br />thereof from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />SEVENTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 11th day of December, 1946, this Court appointed C. E.
<br />Cronin of Grand Island, Nebraska, appraiser for inheritance tax purposes, who after giving notice

<br />as by law required, appraised said estate and on the 26th day of February, 1947, the entered
<br />an order assessing the sum of $231.00 as the inheritance tax due and payable by said Anita
<br />Stoltenberg in this estate to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />EIGHTH,
<br />The Court further finds that all claims against said estate, including the costs of
<br />administration hereof, have been fully paid by said Administratrix and that the final report is
<br />true'and correct in all respects and should be approved and allowed; that the inheritance tax
<br />in the sum of $231.00 to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, has been fully paid by
<br />said Administratrix and that there remains no property in her hands for distribution, all property
<br />coming into her hands as such Administratrix having been used by her in the payment of claims and
<br />expenses of administration herein.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Anita
<br />Stoltenberg, Administratrix With Will annexed, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />such; that the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof was devised and bequeathed according
<br />to the terms and conditions of the Last 'gill and Testament of said Fred Thomssen, deceased, unto

<br />said Anita Stoltenberg in fee simple absolute and that she therefore be and hereby is discharged,
<br />her bond released and said estate fully administered, settled and closed.
