24L!7 <br />NO. 9 HALL COUNTY <br />The court finds that said estate is not liable for State Inheritance Tax or <br />Federal Estate Tax at this time. <br />The court finds that Stella I. Sloggett, departed this life at Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on the 15th day of October, 1946, leaving a Last Will and Testament which last <br />will and Testament, was admitted to probate on the 14th day of November A.D. 1946. <br />The court finds that Stella I. Sloggett, died sized of the following-described <br />real and personal property, to -wit: <br />Real Property <br />The Northerly Seventy -six (N761) feet, of Lot One (1), Block Fourteen (14), Russell Wheelers <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Personal Property. <br />Checking account, North Side Bank, Omaha, Nebr. $1,025-00 <br />Commercial Natl. Sloggett, died in Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, leaving as her only heirs at law, Billy James Sloggett, a son. <br />The court further finds that according to the terms of the Last Will and Testament <br />of Stella I. Sloggett, deceased, a diamond ring, was bequeathed to one June Westbrook, certain <br />articles of personalty to other relatives, and the residue to of the estate of said Stella I. <br />Sloggett, deceased, remaining after payment of expenses of last illnes, funeral expenses, costs <br />of probate and administration of this estate, is devised and bequeathed to her trustee of said <br />Stella I. Sloggett, deceased, and to the successors in trust, upon the uses and and trust for the <br />purposes following: <br />(a) Power to take possession of, rent, and keep in repair, recive all rents and profit thereof <br />as if said trustee were owner thereof, to invest if necessary allmonies remaining on hand, during <br />the period of time until the said Billy James Sloggett, who was 21 years of age at the time of <br />the making of said will, shall have attined the age of 35 years, at which time said estate shall <br />be delivered by said trustee to the said B! ly James Sloggett; that during the trust period all <br />profits accruing after payment of expenses and the payment of indebtedness, shall be paid annually <br />to the said Billy James Sloggett; that in the event of the death of said Billy James Sloggett, be- <br />fore he has attained the age of 35 years, title to all trust property shall immediately vest in the <br />heirs of his body; but should the said Billy James Sloggett, die leaving no heirs of his body, then <br />In that the event the property held in trust shall immediately vest in the heirs at law of Stella I. <br />Sloggett, deceased. <br />(b) That said trustee shall recieve compensation for work done in performance of the duties of this <br />trust in an amount to be fixed by the court and such comepnsation-bball be paid before distribution <br />of profits. <br />The court further finds that the estate of Stella I. Sloggett, deceased, did <br />descend in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of said Stella I.
