<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN.
<br />I, Stella I. Sloggett, of 922 North Pine Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of
<br />sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainties of this frail and transitory life, do
<br />therefore make, Ordain, Publish and Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, I give devise and bequeath to Irene Westbrook, my diamond ring.
<br />THIRD, I give devise and bequeath certain articles of personalty in accordance with instructions
<br />I shall leave with my executrix hereinafter named, said articles being made up of articles of
<br />wearing apparrel, or household goods.
<br />FOURTH, On my death and after the payment of such funeral expenses, expenses of last illnes, and
<br />debts, and the hereinbefore mentioned bequests, the residue I give, devise and bequeatF to my
<br />Executrix hereinafter named, with power to take possession of, rent, and keep in repair and recive
<br />the rents and profits thereof as if she were the owner thereof, and to invest for income all monies
<br />that remain on hand after payment of the aforementioned items, during the period of time until my
<br />son Billy James Sloggett, whom is now 21 years of age shall have attained the age of 35 years, upon
<br />the express condition that all the profits accruing during the period of this trust shall be
<br />annually paid to my son; on my son attaining the age of 35 years, this trust shall terminate and
<br />my trustee shall release to him all the property that has come to her possession by or through this
<br />trust in fee simple title; that in the event of the death of my son before the termination of this
<br />trust, title to all trust property shall immediately vest in the heirs of his body; but should my
<br />son die without leaving any heirs of his body, then in that event the property held in this trust
<br />shall immediately vest in my heirs at law; all this arrangment I make for the reason that my son
<br />Billy James Sloggett has up until this time shown himself to be an irresponsible spendthrift not
<br />capable to care for his property to his best interest.

<br />FIFTH, My trustee shall recieve compensation for her work in performance of her duties as such
<br />trustee in an amount to be fixed by the court and such compensation shall be payable before any
<br />distribution of profits shall be made to my son.
<br />SIXTH, I hereby nominate my Niece Mrs. Frances Ball of 1623 West Second Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, a daughter of my sister Anna Martin, as the executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
<br />I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made. Dated March 16, 1946.

<br />Stella I. Sloggett, to be her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at this time and
<br />at her request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in her presence and the presence of
<br />each other.

<br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand
<br />Island, in said County, on the 19th day of November A.D., 1946 Present Charles Bossert County Judge.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of Stella I. Sloggett, Deceased.
<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 18th day of October 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Stella I. Sloggett deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 19th day of November
<br />1946 said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Stella I. Sloggett deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this

<br />Now on this 5th day of June A.D. 1947, this cease came on to be heard on the FINAL REPORT of
<br />Francess Ball, Executrix of the last will and testament of the said Stella I. Sloggett, deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all interested
<br />persons of the filing of said report, as required by law and by the order of this court, and further
<br />appearing to the court after full examination, that the account exhibited by the said executrix is
<br />correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing that said
<br />executrix has accounted for all of the estate which has come into her hands, It Is
<br />THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Francess Ball, executrix
<br />of the last will. and testament of the said Stella I. Sloggett, deceased, be and the same is hereby
<br />approved as and for her Final Report.
<br />The court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />manner provided by law, of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of
<br />said deceased; that time for filing claims has expired; that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been fully paid and staisfied ;that the funeral expenses of said deceased and costs
