<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) ORDER BARRING CLAIMS
<br />OF ) AND
<br />FERD WICHT, DECEASED ) DECREE OF HEIRSHIP
<br />This matter coming on to be heard on this 29th day of May, 1947, on hearing on claims and
<br />upon the application of Pauline Kroll, administratrix herein, praying for an order of the court
<br />barring claims and for determination of heirship in the above - entitled matter, and the court being
<br />fully advised in the premises and from the evidence adduced finds that said estate has been duly
<br />admitted to probate and that the court has acquired jurisdiction of the subject matter and of all
<br />the heirs, creditors and other persons interested in said estate; finds that the said Ferd Wicht
<br />departed this life on the 24th day of December, 1946, and that at the time of his death he was a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and was the owner of a certain tract of real
<br />estate described as the south forty -one (41) rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SW SE14) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Ten (10), North, Range Eleven (11), west of the 6th P.M,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and of certain personal property; finds that the proceedings for the admin-
<br />istration of said estate are now pending in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and that the
<br />time for filing of claims against said estate has expired and that any and all creditors having
<br />claims and not filed herein within the time fixed by the court are forever barred; that all claims
<br />filed and the cost of these proceedings have been paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ^RDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate and not filed herein within the time fixed by the court are forever barred and ex-
<br />cluded from setting up or asserting such.claims.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the estate is not subject to any inheritance tax due to the
<br />State of Nebraska or any federal estate tax due to the United States of America.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS the said Ferd Wicht at the time -:o+ his death left surviving him as
<br />his heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law eleven children, they being Pauline Kroll, Christian Wicht,
<br />William Wicht, Sophia Jolly, Ileana Wicht, Juanita Kroll, Evelyn Wicht, Anna Marie Dubbs, John
<br />Wicht, Ferdinand Wicht, and Edward Wicht; that the wife of Ferd Wicht preceded him in death. That
<br />all of said children are of legal age except William Wicht, Ileana Wicht and Evelyn Wicht, who
<br />are minors over the age of 14 years; that no children preceded the said Ferd Wicht in death leaving
<br />Issue surviving them.
<br />IT IS 'THEREFORE, FOUND AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Ferd Wicht died intestate on
<br />December 24, 1946, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that at the time of
<br />his death he was found to have been the owner of the real estate hereinabove described and that
<br />his estate has been admitted to probate, and that the court has jurisdiction in the matter and that
<br />the time for filing claims has elapsed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDFRED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Pauline Kroll, Christian Wicht, William
<br />Wicht, Sophia Jolly, Ileana Wicht, Juanita Kroll, Evelyn Wicht, Anna Marie Dubbs, John Wicht,
<br />Ferdinand Wicht, and Edward Wicht, children of the said Ferd Wicht, deceased, are found to be his
<br />sole and only heirs -at -law; that all of them are of legal age except William Wicht, Ileana Wicht
<br />Evelyn 1,41cht, who are minors over the age of 14 years and that the real estate hereinabove
<br />and
<br />described passed and descended to said eleven children and heirs -at -law in equal shares, and
<br />share and share alike to said eleven children.
