<br />I, Mrs. Kathryn L. Cunningham, a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of
<br />sound mind and disposing memory, hereby make, publish and declare this, my last will and testa-
<br />ment, that is to say:

<br />In the event that any of my children shall- die prior to my death leaving lawful issue him or
<br />her surviving, then such lawful issue shall take the share of' their parent, equally, share and
<br />share alike.
<br />In the event: that any of my children shall die prior to my death leafing no lawful issue him
<br />or her surviving, then the legacy and bequest provided for such beneficiary or beneficiaries
<br />shall lapse, and the same shall go to and form a part of the residue of my estate.

<br />on the 22nd day pf October, 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Kathryn L. Cunningham, deceased, was filed for = - >robate in this Court. That on the 20th day of
<br />November, 1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Kathryn L.
<br />Cunningham, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court afore-
