<br />Know all men by these Presents; That I, P -rly R. Fagot, of Lexington, Dawson County, Nebraska,
<br />being of sound mind n.nd. disposing memory do mak t)ublish and. declare this my last will and testa-
<br />ment.
<br />FIRST. I direct that all my ,just debts includi g funeral expenses and last sickness be paid as
<br />soon as practical after my death, out of my per onal ;�rooerty. If that be insufficient I authorize
<br />my executor herein named to sell and convey a. s fficient portion of my real estate for said purposes.
<br />SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath to my belo ed nephew Albert J. Fagot, the South half of the
<br />South half, of the North -west Quarter of Sectio Nineteen, Township Ten, North, Range Twenty -one,
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Dawson County, Nebraska, to h< ve and to hold unto him and his heirs forever.
<br />THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved nieces and nephew, Le?ris Fagot; Ethel Fagot;
<br />Warren Fagot; and Evelyn Fagot, the North half of the South half of the North - unrest quarter of
<br />Section Nineteen, Township Ten, North, Range Twenty-one, ?test of the 6th P.M. in Dawson County,
<br />Nebraska, share and share alike, to have and to hold unto them and their heirs forever.
<br />FOURTH. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved nephew Lawrence Bernard Fagot, the-sum of One
<br />Thous.nnd -- Dollars in cash, and Lot Numbered Three, in Block Numbered Sixteen in Lexington Heights
<br />Addition to the City of Lexington, Dawson County, Nebraska., to have and to hold unto him and his
<br />heirs forever.
<br />FIFTH. I give devise and bequeath, all the rest residue and remained of my property, real,
<br />personal and mixed, wheresoever situated and wh resoever found, to my beloved brothers, Clay J.
<br />Fagot and 'tillia.m F. Fagot, share and. share ali e, to have and to hold unto them and their heirs
<br />forever.
<br />SIXTH. I hereby revoke any and all former ?wi11c
<br />SEVENTH. I hereby nominate and_ appoint my brothe
<br />and testament.

<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify
<br />that on the 15th day of October 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of Perly R. Fagot deceased, was filed. for probate in this Court. That on the 13th day of November
<br />1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Perly R. Fagot deceased, and
