<br />on the 30th day of July, 1942, seized and possessed at the time of his death of the follo!�,Ting desc-
<br />ribed real estate, to wit:
<br />Lots 5 and 6 in Mock 2, in Gid.eon's Addition to the Village of Doni-phan, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator
<br />of the estate of said deceased., and at the time of his death he left surviving him, Nellie Smith
<br />widow, and Mildred, Holden, a daughter, both over the age of 21 years, .3. n d that they were the sole
<br />and. only heirs at laT,�r and nersons interested. in _11)is said estate; that thereafter on the 9th day of
<br />February, 1945, the said Nellie Smith, died and left surviving her as her sole and only heir at
<br />law, your petitioner, Mildred Holden, a. daughter, over the age of 21 years, and at the time of the
<br />decease of the said Nellie Smith, she was possessed of an undivided one-half interest in and to
<br />the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />Lots 5 and 6 in Block 2, in Gideon's Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that the said Nellie Smith did not remarry after the death of the said Fredrick Smith, but died
<br />a 7,,1-id.ow, and the court hereby finds and determines that the said Mildred Holden is the sole and
<br />only heir of the said Fredrick Smith, deceased, and the said Nellie Smith, deceased; and that
<br />said. real. estate hereinbefore described descended to the said Mildred Holden in fee simple title.
<br />IT TS, -H7REFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate be and
<br />the same hereby is assigned to the said Mildred Holden in fee simple title.

<br />IT IS FURTH17R ORDERFD, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that all claims and demands against said
<br />estate of Fredrick Smith, deceased, and Nellie Smith, deceased, whether due or to become due,
<br />whether absolute or contingent are forever barred.
