<br />That said deceased departed this .life leaving as her sole and only heirs at law, devisees,
<br />legatees and persons entitled to share in her estate, the following named persons: Susan Osborn,
<br />step - daughter, Homer Osborn, son, Ray Osborn, son, Fred Osborn, son, and Harry Osborn, son, all
<br />over the age of 21 years; that said deceased at the time of her death was a widow.
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner in fee sidtple title in and to the following
<br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The North 75 feet of Lot 25, of the County Sub- division of a part of the West Half (W) of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SWg) of Section 10, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska., according to the recorded plat thereof;
<br />and to the following real estate situated in Buffalo County, Nebraska:
<br />The West Half NO of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) and the East Half (E.) of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(N?pd4) of Section 9, Township 12, Range 19, West of the 6th P.M. Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />That said real estate above described, did pass and descend under and by virtue of the terms
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of the said Katie C. Osborn, deceased, as follows:
<br />To Ray Osborn, Homer Osborn, Fred Osborn, and Harry Osborn, in equal shares, share and share
<br />alike in fee simple title.
<br />That all of the personal property descended under and by virtue of the terms of the Last 14111
<br />and Testament of Katie C. Osborn, deceased, to Susan Osborn, also known as Susie Osborn, and to
<br />Homer Osborn, Ray Osborn, Fred Osborn, and Harry Osborn, in equal shares, share and share alike.
<br />The court further finds that all claims filer; in said estate have been fully paid, and settled
<br />and that the Final Report filed herein by the said Ray Osborn, executor is true and correct in all
<br />things, and that said Final Report shoulc be approved in said estate, said estate settled and
<br />closed, and. said executor and his official bondsman discharged and released from any further
<br />liability in said matter.
<br />The court further finds that there is no inheritance tax rue the United States of America or
<br />the State of Nebraska from said estate.
<br />IT IS, T TE.REFORE, ORDERFD ADJUDGED ANID DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate not filed within the times fixed by the court, if any such therebe, are
<br />forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate, and that the final report filed herein be and the same is hereby in all things approved
<br />and allowed as and for said executor's final report, said estate settled and closed, and said
<br />executor and his surety on his official bond are hereby released from any further liability in said
<br />matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the real estate hereinbefore
<br />described did pass and descend under and by virtue of the terms of the Last Will a.nd Testament of
<br />the said. Katie C. Osborn, deceased, as follows: to Homer Osborn, Ray Osborn, Fred Osborn, and
<br />Harry Osborn the fo11o�,,Ting described real estate in equal shares, share and. share alike, in fee
<br />simple title: The north 75 feet of Lot 25 of the County Sub - division of a. p -art of the 'Test 2 of
<br />the SW4 of Section 10, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof; and the nest 2 of the NE4 and the
<br />East z of the Nlft�- of Section 9, Township 12, Range 19, ',Test of the 6th P.M. Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that he personal property her.e -
