<br />LAST 11ILL AND TESTATAENT, IN THE NAVE OF GOD -, AMEN.
<br />I, Katie Osborn, being of sound mind and disposing memory and realizing the uncertainty of
<br />this fragile and. transitory life do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my last
<br />Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former grills by me made, in manner and form follow-
<br />ing, that is to say:
<br />1.
<br />I hereby direct that my executors, hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts including that
<br />of my last sickness and burial, so soon as is reasonably possible after my demise.
<br />2.
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my step- daughter, Susie Osborn, such as my personal
<br />household goods --)nd furniture as she may select and. the balance of said furniture shall be sold
<br />and the proceeds therefrom distributed among my heirs, to -wit: Homer Osborn, Ray Osborn, Fred
<br />Osborn and Harry Osborn, my sons, equally share and share alike.
<br />3•
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my personal estate, including
<br />all moneys in the bank, stocks, bonds or mortgages, to my beloved childrert, Homer Osborn.,, Ray
<br />Osborn, Fred Osborn and Harry Osborn, equally share and share alike.
<br />4.
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath, in fee simple title, all of the real estate of which I
<br />may die possessed to my beloved sons, Homer, Ray, Fred and Harry Osborn, equally share and share
<br />alike. 5•
<br />I hereby appoint my beloved sons, Ray and.. Homer Osborn, executors of this my Last Will and
<br />Testament, and request that they be allowed to serve without giving bond.

<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 10th day of may 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Katie C.
<br />Osborn deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day of June 1946, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Katie C. Osborn deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />KATIE C. OSBORN, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 13th day of February, 1947, this matter came on for hearing upon the Final Report
<br />filed herein by Ray Osborn, executor of the Estate of Katie C. Osborn, deceased, and upon his
<br />application for the approval anc': allowance of said final report, settlement of said estate, and his
<br />discharge as executor of said estate, and the court having examined the records and files, and the
<br />receipts therein contained, including said report and vouchers thereto attached, and being fully
<br />advised in the premises finds, as follows:
<br />That on the 9th day of may, 1946, Ray Osborn, executor of said estate, filed his petition in
<br />this court in which he alleged among other things that Katie C. Osborn departed this life on the
<br />3rd day of May, 1946, in Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a Last Will and Testament in which Ray
<br />Osborn was named the executor thereof, which instrument he offered for probate as the Last Will and
<br />Testament of the said deceased, and asking; that an executor thereof be appointed, and upon reading
<br />and filing said petition, this court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing on said
<br />petition and giving notice thereof as provided by law.
<br />That said matter coming on further to be heard upon date fixed by the Court, said instrument
<br />was duly admitted to )roba.te in this court as the Last ',Fill a.nd Testament of the said deceased, and
<br />Letters of Administration were issued to the said Ray Osborn.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the
<br />court for filing claims against said estate, and all claims not filed within the time fixed by the
<br />court, if any such there ire, should be forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
