<br />and said Ida Springsguth named, in said. I "fill, was appointed Executrix thereof and upon furnishing
<br />bond in the sum of $41000.00 a.s ordered by this Court, which bond was furnished and approved;
<br />the Court further finds that said Hans Jacob Ruge, at the time of his death, was an unmarried man,
<br />and that he left the following heirs- at- la.,.a and only heirs- at- la,?-,r, to-wit: Anna Hans josten, a
<br />niece, Eliza Kuhll Boersen, a niece, and Ida. Springsguth, a niece.
<br />FOURTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 23rd day of November, 1.946, an order of this Court was
<br />made allowing creditors three months from and after the 1�th day of December 1946, in which to
<br />file their claims against said estate and said Executrix one year in t.,rhich to settle said estate,
<br />and furtiaer ordering that notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />legal neT,�rspaT)er i),lblished and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior
<br />to the 1,�;th day of December, 1946, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would
<br />be held at the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21st day of March, 1947,
<br />at 9 o'clock A.M., and it appears by proof on file that notice of said Order was published as
<br />ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the lath day of December, 1946, Ida Springsguth, Executrix of
<br />said estate filed in this Court her inventory of the property of said estate and that according
<br />to said Inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5) in Block One (1) of Gilbert's Addition in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />Chattel property of the value of approximately $,5,000.00. The Court further finds that
<br />according to the terms, conditions and orovisions of said. Last Will and Testament of said deceased,
<br />said property ,aas devised and bequeathed as follows 4:500.00 to Eliza Kuhll Boersen, and the rest,
<br />residue and. remainder to Ida Springsguth in fee siinle absolute.
<br />SIXTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 21st day of March, 1947, an order of this Court was made
<br />barring tlie filing of all claims against said estate and excluding the holders thereof from
<br />setting up or asserting any claims against said estate.
<br />SEVENTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 21st day of January, 1947, this Court appointed R.
<br />Fredrick Sinkbeil of Hall County, Nebra-ka., appraiser for inheritance tax, who qualified as such
<br />and filed his rei)ort T�iith this Court on April 10, 1947, showing the net value of said estate to be
<br />5,498.71 am that on the 11th day of April, 1917, this Court entered an order fixing the amount
<br />of inheritance tax due in this estate in the sum of 1,120.00.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />The Court further finds that all claims against said estate, including the costa of administra-
<br />tion hereof, have been fully paid by said Executrix and that the final report is true and correct
<br />in all respects and should be approved and allowed; that she has ria.de full and complete distribution
<br />of said estate according to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament and that the
<br />inheritance tax due in this estate on that hart of the estate passing to Ida Springsguth, has been
<br />fully paid.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, AD<7ITDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT
<br />that the final report of Ida Springsguth, Executrix, be and the same is hereby a,nproved and
<br />allowed as such; that Hans Jacob Ruge, the decedent and testator herein, was also known as Hans J.
<br />Ruge and said Hans Jacob Ruge and Hans J. Ruge were one n.nd the same person irrespective of the
<br />discrepency in their names as appears of record with respect to the real_ estate hereinbefore
<br />described; that the ;property described in iw�ragraph Fifth hereof was devised and bequeathed
<br />according to the terms and provisions of the said Last Will and Testa.rent, unto Ida Springsguth;
<br />that full and complete settlement and distribution of this estate has been made and that the legacy
<br />in favor of Eliza. Kuhll Boersen in the sum of $500.00 has been paid and her receipt therefor filed
<br />with this Court and all of the rest, residue and. remainder of said estate passed to said Ida
<br />Springsguth in fee simple absolute; that said Ida Springsguth therefore be and she hereby is dis-
<br />charged, her bond released and said. estate fully administered, settled and closed.
