That all of the statements and allegations set forth in the Petition <br />are true; that the said Otto Tuenge died. intestate in Rawlins, Wyoming, on July 12, 1936, and that <br />at the time of his death he was the record. title- holder, but not the actual owner, of Lot Three (3) <br />Block Fifteen (15), Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.; that <br />proceedings were instituted to quiet title to the real estate by Minnie Alberts, the owner thereof, <br />and all parties purporting to be the heirs -at -law of the said Otto Tuenge, deceased, were made <br />parties defendant; that no application had been made in the State of Nebraska for the a?)pointment <br />of an administrator of the estate of Otto Tuenge, deceased, and that there had been no determination <br />of heirs by a court of competent jurisdiction; that the said Otto Tuenge was survived at the time <br />of his death by Emma Tuenge, his widow, and three children, Ctto Tuenge, Jr., Roma. Tuenge and Verner <br />Tuenge, they being his sole and only heirs -at -law, and the Court hereby finds and determines that <br />the said Emma Tuenge, widow, and Otto Tuenge. Jr., Roma Tuenge and Verner Tuenge are the sole and <br />only heirs -at -law of Otto Tuenge, deceased. <br />IT TS, THEREFORE, CONSIDEi?.ED AND ADJUDGED BY TEE CO "TRT that any interest had by Otto Tuenge at <br />the time of his death in the real estate hereinabove described n assed and descended to Emma Tuenge, <br />his widow, and to Otto Tuenge, Jr., Roma.
