<br />certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto,
<br />Certificate of Probate and Final Decree IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CLAUS ROHWEDER, DECEASED,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcrip thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
<br />I direct that my jest debts and expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all of my property, real and personal, to my children, August
<br />Kroeger, Dora Schultz, Bertha Peters, Alma Kroeger, and Martha Kroeger, and Helen Baasch, in equal
<br />shares, the child or children or any deceased child of mind to take by right of representation.
<br />THIRD
<br />I further direct that my Executors shall have the power and authority to sell my real estate
<br />within two years after the date of my death, the price to be fixed by my executors, and my children
<br />shall have the first right to purchase; if none of the children desire to purchase, then the
<br />executors may sell to any other purchaser at public or private sale, but such,private sale shall
<br />not be at a, less price than any of my children have offered.
<br />I also provide that the fact that August Kroeger and Otto Schultz are executors shall not
<br />dez)rive them of the right to purchase under the same circumstances.
<br />FOURTH
<br />I nominate and appoint my son, August roeger, and my son -in -law, Otto Schultz, as executors
<br />of this, my last will and testament, giving them full power to make, execute, acknowledge and
<br />deliver deeds to my property to fulfill the provisions of paragraph third hereof.
