<br />ever kind remaining at the death of my said wife to my twelve children hereinafter named equally,
<br />share and share alike to -wit: Albert N. Rohweder, Claus August Rohweder, both of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Emma. Seier, wife of Adolph Seier of Hall County, Nebraska, Dora Boettcher, wife of
<br />William Boettcher of Columbus, Nebraska, Adelia Ott, wife of Walter Ott, of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />Catherine Schirkofsky, wife of Fred Schirkofsky, of Grand Island, Nebraska, Maggie Thesenvitz,
<br />wife of Ernst Thesenvitz, of Hall County, Nebraska, and Lillie Rohweder Tony Rohweder, Frieda
<br />Rohweder, Olga Rohweder and. Alma Rohweder the last five named children now living at my home on
<br />Section 26 -11 -9. In the event that any of my said children above named shall die leaving issue,
<br />the share of such deceased child shall pass and descend to the children of said deceased child,
<br />they to take said share in equal shares.
<br />FOURTH - I desire. that the household furniture owned by me and in use upon the farm shall, after
<br />the death of my said wife be divided among my ten daughters above named in such manner as they
<br />may agree upon and determine to be best and most judicious in the premises.
<br />FIFTH - I hereby appoint my said son Albert N. Rohweder and my Son -in -law Adolph Seier, Executors
<br />of this my last Will and Testament.
<br />In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 10th. day of February, 1913-

<br />We whose names are hereto subscribed hereby certify that we were present and saw Claus Rohweder
<br />the Testator above named sign his name to the foregoing instrument and heard him declare at the
<br />time that it was his last Will and Testament and we thereupon, in his presence and in the presence
<br />of each other hereto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.

<br />This is a codicil to my Last Will and Testament bearing date February 10th, 1913-
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint Arthur Henne, my son -in -law, to be the executor of my last will
<br />and Testament instead of Albert N. Rohweder named in the original will.
<br />In 'testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 28th day of September, 1927-

<br />thereto of Claus Rohweder deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 26th day
<br />of May 1936, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil thereto of the real and personal estate of
<br />said Claus Rohweder deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.
