<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF BUFFALO COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />F I N A L D E C R E E
<br />of John Tjaden , Deceased )

<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 10th day of April, A.D., 1947, it being the day fixed for approv-
<br />ing the final account of the administrator and hearing on his petition for final settlement, and
<br />determination of heirs, and it appearing from proof on file that due notice was given by publica-
<br />tion of the time heretofore fixed for said hearing and there being no objections on file, and the
<br />court being fully advised in the premises finds:
<br />1. That John Tjaden died intestate on July 3, 1946, a resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska, v
<br />and left surviving him three daughters, all of legal age, to -wit:
<br />Esther Tjaden Shelton, Nebraska, Bessie Walker 702 East Sixth Street McCook, Nebraska, Beulah
<br />Shafer Graybull, Wyoming
<br />that he left no widow, other living children, or the living issue of any deceased children, and
<br />that said. daughters are the sole and only heirs of his estate, and the only persons interested
<br />therein.
<br />2. That on August 15, 1946, J. H. Walker was appointed administrator of his estate, qualified
<br />as such and has been acting in said capacity ever since.
<br />3. That due notice was given to creditors of the time limited in which to file claims against
<br />said 'estate; that such tithe has duly expired and all claims against said estate, including the
<br />expenses of the last illness of the decedent, his funeral expenses and the costs and expenses of
<br />administration, have been paid in full; that the further presentation of claims against said
<br />estate has been forever barred by the former order of this court; that there is no inheritance tax
<br />due the state of Nebraska and no federal estate tax due the United States of America.
<br />4. That the final report of the administrator filed herein is in all things true and correct,
<br />and should be annroved and allowed; that all of the nersonal property belonging to said estate
<br />has been sold, and converted into cash; that all of the cash that came into the hands of the
<br />administrator has been used to pay the claims, costs and expenses of administration; that there is
<br />no money or personal property in the hands of the administrator for distribution.
<br />5. That the said John Tjaden, deceased, died seized and possessed of the West Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 36, in Township 11, North of Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; that said real estate descended to his daughters hereinbefore named and
<br />should be assigned to them, equally, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br />1. That the report of J. H. Walker, administrator, filed herein, be and the same is hereby in
<br />all things approved and allowed as and for his final account, and in full settlement of his trust;
<br />that he should be discharged as administrator, and he and his surety released from all further
<br />liability on his official bond.
<br />11 That John Tjaden died intestate on July 3, 1946, a resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska;
<br />that he left surviving him ti:.e said Esther Tjaden, Bessie 'Talker and Beulah, Shafer, daughters,
<br />all of legal age; that he left no widow, other living children, or the living issue of an deceased
<br />children, and that said daughters are the sole and only heirs of his estate.
<br />III. That the real estate hereinbefore described, be, and the same is hereby assigned to said
<br />heirs, equally, share and share alike, as provided by law.
