207 <br />NO. 9 HALL COUNTY <br />IX. <br />I do hereby give and bequeath my set of Encyclopedia Britannica to Charlotte Eaton to take, <br />have and hold the same for and as her own sole property. <br />X. <br />I do hereby give and bequeath all the rest and remainder of my books to Lillie Bosselman, <br />Norman Bosselman, and Fredrick Bosselman, to take have and hold the same as their own sole property, <br />share and share alike, as tenants in common. <br />XI. <br />All the rest and _residue of my property, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind, and where- <br />soever situated, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Johanna Bosselman, to take, <br />have and hold the same for an-as her own sole property. <br />XII. <br />The provisions herein made for my wife, Johanna Bosselman are intended by me for and in lieu <br />of any other portion of my estate to which she would otherwise be entitled as my surviving widow. <br />XIII. <br />I do hereby nominate and appoint my son, Charles 0. Bosselman, as executor of this, my last <br />will and testament. <br />XIV. <br />If any of the devisees, legatees, or beneficiaries under this, my last will and testament, or <br />any person claiming under or through any of the devisees, legatees, or beneficiaries, or any other <br />persons who, if I died wholly or in part intestate, would be entitled to share in my ::estate, shall, <br />in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, contest this will, or attacK, oppose, or in any <br />manner seek to impair or invalidate any provision thereof, or shall in any manner whatsoever conspire <br />or cooperate with any person or persons, attempting to do any of the acts aforesaid, or shall settle, <br />or compromise, directly or indirectly, either in or out of court, with any such contestant, or shall <br />acquiesce or fail to oppose such proceedings, or shall endeavor to succeed to any part of my estate <br />otherwise than through this will, then in each of the above cases I hereby bequeath to such person, <br />or persons, the sum of One Dollars ($1.00) only, and all other bequests, devises, and interests. <br />in this will, given to such person, or persons, shall be forfeited and shall be distributed, pro - <br />rata among such of my devisees, legatees, and beneficiaries as shall not in any manner have parti =- <br />cipitated. in, and as shall have opposed such acts or proceedings.
