SPRAGUE, DECEASED : D E C R E E <br />Now on this 26" day of February, 1947, this'matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and <br />the evidence and was submitted to the court, on consideration whereof the court finds that due and <br />legal notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter both <br />creditors and heirs as required by law. That all of the statements and allegations set forth <br />in said petition are true; that the said Maxine C. Sprague died intestate at Tampa, Florida, on <br />the 9th day of December, 1946, seized and possessed at the time of her death of the following <br />described real estate, to -wit: <br />An undivided interest in, <br />Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), and the North Two Hundred Forty -five Feet (N 2451) <br />of Lot Seven in Brett's Addition to the Town of Wood River, Nebraska. <br />That the husband of said Maxine 0. Sprague, Donald Sprague, and their two children, Mary <br />Louise Sprague and Marvin James Sprague, are her only heirs, and the court hereby finds, ,,& <br />and determines that said Donald Sprague, Mary Louise Sprague and Marvin James Sprague are, <br />the only heirs at law of the said Maxine C. Sprague,deceased, and that said real estate <br />descended to the said children, Mary Louise Sprague and Marvin James Sprague and Donald <br />Sprague,Husband, in an undivided one -third interest to each. <br />The court further finds that the said Mary Louise Sprague and Marvin James Sprague being minors, <br />it is ordered that the administratrix pay any funds coming to them or to their duly appointed <br />guardian. <br />The court further finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax and not subject <br />to any mesne process or execution and is probated under the Small Estates Act. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that Maxine C. Sprague died intestate on <br />the 9th day of December, 1946, and that she left as her heirs and only heirs at law, her husband, <br />Donald Sprague, whereabouts unknown, and her children Mary Louise Sprague and Marvin James Sprague. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that said estate is not subject to execution <br />or mesne process. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against said <br />estate of the deceased whether due or to become due whether absolute or contingent, be and the <br />same hereby are forever barred. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate is hereby assigned as <br />follows; An undivided one -third interest thereof to each of the children, Mary Louise Sprague <br />and Marvin James Sprague, and Donald Sprague, Husband. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that said estate is fully completed and <br />settled. <br />BY THE COURT: <br />Charles Bossert <br />COUNTY JUDGE. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,' NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I, Charles Bossert, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby <br />HALL COUNTY )ss• certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Decree entered IN <br />THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MAXINE C.
