1 <br />NO. 9 HALL COUNTY <br />n <br />203 <br />The court further finds that the estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws <br />of the State of Nebraska, nor to a federal estate tax under the laws of the United States. <br />The Court further finds that the said Christine Sass was possessed of the following- described <br />real estate located in the State of Nebraska at the time of her death, viz.: <br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W NEJ) of Section Twenty -Two (22) and the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (STANW) of. Section Twenty -Three (23), all in Township Ten (10), <br />North, Range Ten (10), west of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The court further finds that the said Christine Sass left surviving her at the time of her <br />death the following heirs -at -law and only heirs-at-law, viz.: Rudolph Sass, husband, and Helen <br />Keuscher and Antoinette Wright, daughters, and George E. Sass, Detlef Sass and Wallace Sass, sons, <br />all of whom are now of legal age, and that the real estate herein above described passed and <br />descended upon the death of Christine Sass to Rudolph Sass an undivided one -third (1/3) thereof, <br />and to the five children hereinabove named - -each an undivided two- fifteenths (2/15) interest there- <br />in, to have and to hold the same forever. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Rudolph <br />Sass, administrator of the estate of Christine Sass, deceased, be and the same is hereby in all <br />things approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said administrator, and there being no <br />personal property for distribution, said estate is hereby settled and closed and the administrator <br />discharged, and the sureties on his bond released from further liability in the matter. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against <br />said estate, if any such there be, and not heretofdre filed within the time limited by the court <br />and allowed as claims are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from asserting or setting up any <br />such claim against said estate. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the re 1 estate hereinabove <br />described passed and descended to Rudolph Sass an undivided one -third (M) thereof, and to <br />Helen Keuscher, Antoinette Wright, George E. Comstock, I hereby <br />appoint as my executor, my youngest beloved brother, G. Gilbert Curtis, of Chicago, Ill, who <br />will dispose of all my possessions as soon as he deems best to the best advantage that he can, <br />reserving for himself full compensation for his expenses in transacting said business, and pay- <br />ing himself in full for the money loaned from time to tune to us, under peculiar circumstances in <br />caring for our dear honored parents, amounting to one thousand dollars $1000.00. <br />THIRD: Of the balance remaining, if enough, I give to each of my nephews, for consideration <br />which they understand, Gilbert Adolph, Adidison Curtis - and Edgar S. Comstock, sons of my <br />precious sister Myra L. Comstock, one Hundred Dollars ($100) each in money - and to either one <br />of these nephews, who will enter college with a, view to prepare for the Gospel ministry - an <br />additional four hundred dollars toward his education; and this or a like sum to Charles C. Curtis, <br />son of E. G. Curtis under the same conditions. And to my niece Laura Anna Curtis, youngest <br />daughter of my brother David P. Curtis, another one hundred doll ^rs ($100) for her name, Anna.. <br />To my dear and only sister, Myra L.
