<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Nine (9) in Jones Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (NiN41) of Section Twenty -nine (29), Township Eleven
<br />(11), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P. M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Easterly one -third (1/3) of Lot Six (6) in Block Fifty -five (55) of the Original Town,
<br />now City, of Grand Island, Hall County. Nebraska.
<br />All of Section Thirty -four (34), in Township Twenty -three (23), North, Range Twenty -three (23)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in Blaine County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court also finds that he was also the owner of an undivided one -half interest in the
<br />following described real estate, the other on -half being owned by Edward J. Patterson, to -wit:
<br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter (52NW ) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (NJ SWg)
<br />of Section Eleven (11), Township Fif teen 15), North, of Range Four (4), West of the 6th P. M.,
<br />in Merrick County, Nebraska.
<br />That said real estate was subject to a $7200.00 mortgage, which this estate was compelled to
<br />pay off; that in the Dartition proceeding in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said mortgage has been taken into consideration, and that this court has heretofore entered an
<br />order permitting the Executors to treat said mortgage interest as real estate in the District
<br />Court, and that the District Court has entered an order so treating the same.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that with respect to said
<br />Merrick County land the Executors are hereby discharged from any interest in said real estate,
<br />whether the mortgage interest or otherwise.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that this estate be continued
<br />for the purpose of administering the personal property.

<br />OF THE ESTATE OF WILLARD A. PRINCE, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.
<br />I further certify that said Last will and Testament of said deceased has never been
<br />set aside or appealed from.

<br />ss. At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall
<br />COUNTY OF HALL ) in the State of Nebraska, this 19th day of March, 1947,
<br />Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED: That on the 21st day of February, 1947, Ethel Zlomke, Administratris of
<br />the Estate of Ida Zlomke, deceased, filed in this Court her final account as such Administratrix
<br />and a petition praying that said account be allowed, for a decree of heirship, an order of dis-
<br />tribution, a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 19th day of March, 1947, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court
<br />Room in said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and
<br />allowing said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given
<br />to all persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent,
<br />a legal newspa ?.per printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it appears
<br />by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no objections to said
<br />final account have been made or filed.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in
<br />the premises, . the Court finds as follows:

<br />That Ida Zlomke, also known as Ida C. Zlomke, departed this life on the 19th day of July,
<br />1945, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, intestate, and at the time of her death, she was a
