<br />HALL COUNTY ) certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree
<br />entered IN THE MATTER OF THE 7STATE OF BERTHA 7LOMKE, DECEASED,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of
<br />Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />I, Antonia Santin, a resident of Grand Island, Nebraska, do hereby make, publish and declare
<br />this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows:
<br />I.
<br />I direct that my executor hereinafter named first pay all my jtLst debts, funeral expenses,
<br />and the expenses of administering my estate, out of my personal property.
<br />II.
<br />I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Alice Santin, Lot Seven (7), Block
<br />Sixteen (16), Rollin's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, to take, have and hold
<br />the same as and for her own sole property, charged however with the payment of the sum of
<br />$1,880.00 to my executor within six months after my death.
<br />III.
<br />I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Anna E. Fuss, the South Half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SJNEJ) of Section Two (2), Township Thirteen (13) North,Range Eight (8),
<br />West of the Sixth P.M. in Merrick County, Nebraska, to take, have and hold the same as and
<br />for her own sole property, charged however with the payment of the sum of $130.00 to my executor
<br />within six months after my death.
<br />IV.
<br />I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my son, Edward Santin, the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (NEJSWJ) and Lots Three (3) and Four (4), in Section Sixteen (16), Township
<br />Fifteen (15) North,Range Seven (7), West of the Sixth P.M. in Nance County Nebraska, and the
<br />Fractional South Half of the Southwest Quarter (SJSW *) of Section Sixteen LO, Township
<br />Fifteen (15) North,Range Seven (7),West of the Sixth P.M., in Merrick County, Nebraska, to
<br />take, have and hold the same as and for his own sole property, charged however with the payment
<br />of the sum of $2,530.00 to my executor within six months after my death.
<br />V.
<br />I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Helen Belka the Northwest Quarter of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (NWJSEJ) and Lot Five (5), in Section Sixteen U), Township Fifteen (15)
<br />North, Range Seven (7), West of the Sixth P.M. in Nance County, Nebraska, and the Fractional
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWJSEJ)of Section Sixteen (16), Township Fifteen
<br />(15) North,Range Seven (7), West of the Sixth P.M. in Merrick County, Nebraska, to take, have
<br />and hold the same as and for her own sole property, charged however with the payment of the sum
<br />of $130.00 to my executor within six months after my death.
<br />V1.
<br />I do hereby give and devise to my son, James Santin, the sum of $4,670.00, in cash, being
<br />the amount raised by the above described payments made by my other children, to take, have and
<br />held the same as and for his own sole property.
<br />VII.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind
<br />and wheresoever bituated, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my children, Alice Santin,
<br />Anna E. Fuss, Edward Santin, Helen Belka and James Santin, share and share alike, as tenants
<br />in common.
<br />VIII.
<br />I do hereby nominate and appoint my son, James Santin, Executor of this, my last will and
<br />testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 27th day of
<br />February, 1946.
